Hi Pamela, Once again our sincere apologies. I can see you chose Royal Mail delivery option where's there a 90% chance your gift will arrive on the selected date but there is a small chance it will arrive the next working day. Order didn't arrive for my wife's birthday. Emailed twice. Got a refund. Oh well. How sad. Never mind.

The flowers were not deluvered by a standard letterbix. Royal mail took them to the depot where they could not be claimed until after 24 hours. They were very dry and some turni g brown at the edges.

Never ever order from this company. The flowers didn’t come on time there was no free chocolates this is a con! And they were dead!!! Honestly DO NOT ORDER!!!!

I have already left my review . I will never order flowers of flying flowers ever again. And I do hope that people read the reviews about this company. There are two sites for reviews one says one word comments like good fantastic. The other site tells the truth.

It was for a very special occasion our Great granddaughter being born all spoilt by your flying flowers . That's the only thing they are good for are flying. Please do not order from this site. I ordered on Sunday said they would be there Tuesday 17th they still havent arrived. I am so disappointed.

Ordered a gift set sort of thing with pink roses a wee champagne and chocolates for £25.99 and the flowers nothing like the photo it had a total of 3 roses 2 of which were dead

My daughter, Rebecca Laing contacted you on 27/07/21 with pictures to tell you how poor her bouquet had been. She did not want to bother me with a complaint I ordered citrus Zing to be delivered on 24/07/21 they did not arrive until 26/0721 the free chocs did not arrive at all. The only flowers unscathed are the Lilies which were still in bud. All else was either broken ,withered or so dry there was no redeeming them. My sister and I have used you company and have always been very pleased.I welcome your comments. Joan Robb IS590153290101... Thank you

Sadly the flowers weren't delivered. Not at all characteristic of Flying Flowers. I suspect Royal Mail at fault.

My partner ordered some peonies - they are my favourite flowers. i was hopeful that they would be good as I had received a lovely bunch from them previously - a week or two before. the most recent bunch were very poor. you could tell as soon as you opened the box that the buds had been damaged. they barely opened and the flowers that did had only one layer of petals - clearly a variety of peony but not the usual one. I was really disappointed and contacted customer services at the end of the week who in a patronising manner told me flowers are only meant to last three days. i wrote back to pursue it but didn't hear back. all i can say is this bunch were poor, sometimes this happens but the 1 star is due to the poor customer service. i spend £30 on flowers a week at least and have bought them from all sorts of places, locally and on line and i think the quality of these and the service was the worst i have experienced - clearly this doenst happen all the time but you would expect a better response when you have a genuine complaint

I ordered flowers chocolates and Prosecco for two of my relatives who were having birthdays Michelle Gent and Hayley Gent . They received only the flowers . I was so disappointed Jennifer Gent Perhaps you could explain what happened and refund money where necessary

Flowers received were of unacceptable quality. They were for my wife on her birthday; I had to order additional flowers from another company because of the poor quality. There were 5 or 6 flowers with heads broken off, some stems were broken, others looked like they had been dragged through a hedge backwards, the bunch was just thrown together quickly --etc. I will not have that again.

Very disappointed the flower looked old and there were not very many of them, nothing like the picture on the website. I will not be using this site again.
