dismal service. my first order for mothers day weekend never was delivered apparently it was damaged in transit. nobody let me know. i couldn't reach you by telephone or the chat line. i had to resort to email. i have reordered my flowers for delivery last friday but these have not been received either!!!!

The flowers that arrived crushed and had broken stems, many were also dying. The bunch of flowers i received were poor compared to the picture shown on the website

Ordered and paid to be delivered on the day before mother's day, (Saturday). Emailed to tell me they were dispatched Friday and still nothing received by following Wednesday. Very disappointed.

Very poor service from start to finish brought 2 bunches of mothers day flowers at £27.99 each 1 for my mother and 1 for from sons mother and was very disappointed emailed flying flower and 1 person replied saying he will refund me 25% back which is £5.95 what a joke and also the advert states you get 25% extra flowers.

Really disappointed with this flowers nothing like the picture and they were meant to be 25% extra. Makes it worse has they were for my mum on Mothers day

Extremely disappointed with the service received. Ordered specifically for Mother's Day and selected the 14th March as a delivery date. Flowers were not delivered on 14th March and upon contacting customer services, I was advised that the delivery date cannot be guaranteed. Flowers were delivered yesterday on 15th March . Will not be placing an order with you again.

Ordered the Mother’s Day bouquet for £26.99. It was advertised as coming with a free box of chocolates. I received an email to say that the chocolates had ran out but the ye were substituting with something of equal value. The flowers arrived, I have to say the bouquet was extremely small, did not look like £27 worth. Looked like a £7.50 one you get from supermarkets. Also there was no chocolates to be seen! Either they forgot or the delivery driver got peckish on his round. I have sent an email complaining but still no reply. Not a great experience!

My mum hasn't recived her flowers or chocolates for mothers day, thinking this is very poor and I will not use you again, I would like something sent to my mum or I will have a refund no happy at all 😡

Still not received my flowers I ordered for Mother’s Day they was meant for delivery on the 13 March it’s now the 15 and mother’s day as been and gone can’t get though to anyone

My grandson brought me some flowers for Mother’s Day could have brought them from shop for £4 disappointing that my grandson brought these out of his own money half dead already x

Placed an order for flowers and chocolates to be delivered to my Mother in law for on the day before Mothers day, however they did not arrive. Rang Mother in law on Mothering Sunday to see if she had received them, but she still had not. No notification from Flying Flowers to say a delay in delivery. Nothing. Appalling service, mother in law received nothing from us on Mothers day, really heartbreaking and dissappointing. Absolutely disgusted. When contacting FFcustomer services I was told I should expect delays and it is written on their website. Absolutely rubbish. Do not order from them, they can not be trusted to send flowers on the date arranged.

I am yet to have a reply to an email I sent. The flowers I received are horrendous. And I also haven't received the two boxes of chocolates I ordered with the flowers.

FF10004223094  Hi I am so angry to find out that these flowers were delivered to my Mother on Friday practically dead. I’m gutted I haven’t seen her for nearly a year and this was to be a special gift. She is 90 years old in a residential apartment She was too upset to tell me until she was persuaded to tell me by a carer. She will attempt to send me a photo but difficult for her to do. She doesn’t see very well and very disabled. Absolutely disgusting and so angry. Gail Ward
