1 day after they arrived , the yellow roses are dying and looked awful.Really embarrassed as a gift for my daughter as going through a terrible time

Major issues with delivery. Postman left a card saying the recipient should rearrange delivery on Friday. She WAS AT HOME! There was a tick box to say if the parcel contained perishables which they did NOT tick even though it was obviously flowers. Then it was redelivered today just abandoned in the doorstep without the bell being rung or the door being knocked. This is so disappointing!

I am afraid that althiugh there is no problem with the flowers the delivery is rubbish. This is my second experience and after 3 days still no flowers! Very disappointed really. Maybe the way they are delivered should be reviewed. The recipient lives in a major city, easy access. The recipient is a primary school teacher doing online teaching and has been home all the time for 3 days. No notification of any form has followed. Having received an email at 8am on the morning of delivery I was very optimistic as far as everything going fine. But no! Don't know where the bouquet is... It is now the weekend and even if the flowers arrive later on, what state are they going to be in? So annoyed as it is the second mishap.

ordered thursday 14/01/21 still waiting for d/y 20/01/21 you ring up and there are working from home.I wish to cancel the order and I will never deal with them again.

Flowers were 4 days late, dead and damaged! I did get a refund but refused sending another bouquet as a token of goodwill. The flowers look worse than an Aldi £4.99 bunch!

My sister ordered flowers before Christmas for delivery between 21/23December. Flowers were a no show. When she contacted the office firstly she was told the did not have the order, then she was told oh, you won’t get this until 4 Jan 2021. Considering they were ordered 16th December, pigeon post would have been better. Appalling. Watch this space in case they are not delivered on the 4th Jan.

The order to date has not been fulfilled. It was due on the 17th December to Mrs J Harris, 5 Capstone Place, Ilfracombe, N Devon. EX34 9TQ

Had flowers delivered to a friend for Christmas, flowers were totally awful. I am so dissatisfied and disappointed. Although have received an email stating being given a full refund. This is no consolation to to my friend who received them. Will never use Flying Flowers again.

THE FLOWERS I ORDERED ARRIVED ON TIME BUT IN A VERY POOR CONDITION THE STEMS ARE VERY WEAK AND THE SPRAY CARNATIONS WERE BROKEN

Rubbish service. You asked us to choose a date for delivery. We chose 15th December. My uncle stayed in all that day and the next!! Nothing came. Where is it now? Don’t ask me to order again!

Order was meant to have arrived on Saturday 5th December and still had not been delivered by Monday 7th December. I am still waiting for an update from flying flowers at 16.30 on 8th December following my reporting of the issue.
