Bought x2 lots of Perfectly Pretty + 100% extra free roses and free box chocolates for mothers day for my Mum and mother in law, picture looked amazing and what was received was standard bunch of dead/dieing flowers and no chocolates, these are not worth the £31 each (£62) I paid, you get better from a garage or supermarket for couple pound, I'm disgusted at the poor customer service/care. Will not buy from here again, absolutely shocking. Flying Flowers you should be ashamed of the flowers and service you have provided.

bought flowers for mothers day, there werent that many of them and they missed the chocs off. they didnt care either nor did they tell people or put it clearly on their site. WONT be using them again ever.

Very disappointed. Flowers arrived extremely dry & have no bloomed. My mum wasn’t impressed either. Not worth the price I paid for them.

Apauled by the choice of card you sent with the flowers. I picked flowers from the sympathy ones - i did NOT expect a card with what looked like a barbie doll on it. I was so embarassed that my friend recieved this. Why wpuld you put such a picture???? I will NEVER use flying flowers again

Attempted to get hold of customer services to cancel order. No contact number or live chat working. Reliant on email. Unable to help. This is second time had poor customer service.

Awful flowers for Valentine's day. Ordered weeks in advance yet flowers were missing, some were under grown and already wilting after a couple of days. I've seen better £5 arrangements from supermarkets. Hugely disappointing. In the picture the rose at the front is from somewhere else to show how bad the Flying Flowers are.

Have ordered many times from this company, spent lots of money with them..they let me Down very Badly with 2 orders for Valentine's Day..I will wait for there RESPONSE BEFOR PUTTING THE 2 LOTS OF THE FLOWERS ON THE NEXT REVIEW . As I said waiting to see there Reply, so wont say anymore about there standards ect ect..

I ordered flowers for a special occasion with several days notice but they arrived a day late making the delivery pointless. Very disappointing.

Hi Margaret - I'm really sorry to hear about this. Orders delivered by the Free Royal Mail service have a service level of 90% with a slim chance they may arrive the day afer. This is explained on our website. Kind Regards Anita

Delivery was not made with no attempt to rectify. Will never use again as very unhelpful customer service department and doubtful of quality of flowers. Hopefully I’ll move onto to a better company after this bad experience.

Ordered on Monday morning, picked delivery day Wednesday from the options list, flowers did not arrive Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday, disappointing for us and our nurse daughter who we have not been able to see for 2 months and she really needed cheering up. Emailed flying- flowers Saturday morning and received an email soon after apologizing and sending a full refund. good response from customer services but we really wanted the flower delivered.

The flowers themself were ok but the box was open and some flowers were damaged and the free vase was not received despite contacting you there was no response
