The flowers arrived in a poor state. Definitely not fresh, rather sadly withered and drooping.

Flowers delivered to bereaved friend without message. As I did not hear from her I was obliged to ask if flowers had arrived. Appalling

Flowers delivered on time and they are fresh. However, the size of the flowers received is no where near the photo on their website. Numbers of flowers are a lot lesser than showing in the photo.

My Wife was sent flowers as a gift and we weren't impressed at all , flowers are wilting as soon as we opened the box , just glad we didn't pay for them , not a good advert for future customers we certainly won't use them .

Flowers never got there and instead of resending you just cancelled and credited. Complete let down and won’t be using again!

Sorry to have to leave a negative review but I am so disappointed I bought a 3 month subscription as a Christmas gift for my wife. The first box of flowers arrived and were reasonable but the iris flowers never opened. The second box arrived and contained just daffodils and carnations. I could have picked daffodils up from my local supermarket for £1 a bunch they certainly did not represent value for money. After complaining I did receive a refund. And really thought an effort would be made with the final delivery - but yet again I was disappointed & my wife was even more disappointed to receive just a bunch of tulips which again I could have bought from my local supermarket for less and in better condition. None of the flowers lasted the prescribed amount of time and again I was promised a refund which has taken 3 weeks to receive. I would have posted images of the flowers so others could see the poor quality but the web site will not allow me to post any images for whatever reason. Safe to say I will not be buying flowers from Flying Flowers again and certainly would not recommend them to family, friends and colleagues. I will spend my refund on purchasing flowers locally for my wife which I'm sure will be far better and by doing so will be helping a small local business.

I ordered letterbox flowers so as to make life easier for my aunt who struggles to get to the door; was very disappointed to see the photo showing they had been left outside the front door ON THE GROUND! Have been using your firm for years but will seriously reconsider now as this was not the Easter surprise I had planned.

Ordered 2 bouquets for Easter and paid extra for prosecco and Lindt chocolates. Bouquets looked beautiful online. In reality, very small and pitiful looking, red wine arrived instead of prosecco and no chocolates at all. I was quite embarrassed that this had arrived for both sets of parents. Emailed customer service and was refunded for 1 order quickly which was great. I'm sorry but wouldn't use again. Certainly not worth it.

My husband did complain and did receive a refund. We really thought an effort would be made with the final delivery - but yet again I was disappointed to receive a bunch of tulips and a scrawny stem of gyp!!!! Who would pay £20 for a bunch of tulips!!!!! We were promised a refund, but to date this hasn’t arrived. Your web page will not allow me to upload images, even though it is asking me if I would like to do so. All in all a very disappointing experience with Flying Flowers.
