“Ordered well in advance and it was still delivered late ! Which kind of defeats the surprise !!”

“Because of the hot weather at the time of delivery, the quality of the flowers was very poor. They were withered and did not last long. Pity. I had a much better experience the previous times I've used Flying Flowers.”

“The Flowers were okay but the vase was broken. The recipient let you know and you did give a partial refund; unfortunately not the full price of the vase.”

“Efficient service and next day delivery but unfortunately some of the flower heads were mouldy and needed removing before putting in water. Something I wouldn't expect from such a fast service.”

“The flowers are lovely but arrived a day late despite me getting an email on the morning of arranged delivery to say they were out for delivery. My mum got them the day after in the aft which I think is a shame”

“These flowers arrived in a huge box which my Mum opened to find a limp bouquet cowering in the corner. The flowers have been revived ( fortunately my Mum is very green fingered) and she is pleased with how they look now. However their condition on delivery was poor and not what you want to receive as a gift - flowers in need of emergency resuscitation!”

“The one's I ordered arrived on time but in the pictures it snowed them just coming in to flowing but these were over flowers it looked like they had shot of before they flowered”

“Normally a 5star review but this time reduced because after ordering my mum was admitted to hospital, so I emailed 6 days before the delivery date to request change of delivery address to my address as no one at mum's to accept delivery. Flowers still delivered to mum's address, they were quite wilted by time my sister found them, they have revived some now but I'm disappointed my request to change delivery address not actioned as I don't live close by mum, hence delay in finding flowers at her house, we were going straight to hospital to visit her there not her house.”

“I bought two sets of flowers by post for Mothers Day. Both arrived on the Friday before, (fine and dandy). Both looked rather manky out of the box, not so great.”

“It would have been nice if the flowers had arrived on the correct day instead of a day late. I did not feel like shelling out an additional £5;for what should have been perfectly possible as part of the original order. However, although the flowers looked tired on arrival, they perked up and they are still doing well so they were obviously very fresh when they were sent. Well done.”
