Letter Box flowers so that elderly lady did not have to go to the door, unfortunately would not go through her letter box. 2 letter box flowers order together only 1 received free chocs.

Sure the flowers were beautiful, sent for our cousin’s Golden Wedding but there was no card stating who had sent them. I was sure that I had completed the required information but it was rather strange that they were unaware of the senders.

They arrived on time. Thank you however pink roses petals lasted only a couple of days which was disappointing perhaps due to a Monday delivery? Regards Geoff Reeve

I have used Flying Flowers for many years and have been pleased with my purchases. The person I ordered the bouquet for sent me a photo. I must say it didn't look too much like the website image. I was a disappointed somewhat!

Was a bit disappointed, two of the roses, were past their best, perhaps because they were delivered a day late. However, the rest of the flowers are lovely.

Bouquet included 3 roses, two of which were dead. Very average size bouquet, expected more.

Flowers were beautiful, however, were a bit bruised on arrival,m wilted and with yellowing leaves. The recipient had to administer first aid! Once they picked up they were lovely. More care is needed in dispatch and handling.

The bouquet arrived on the preferred date but unfortunately the card inside was left blank. My friend then had to contact her friends to find out who had sent it. I contacted Flying Flowers who apologise and refunded me 25% of my charge. Please note this has happened once before but on that occasion I didn't report it. Mrs Roberts

Delivery was fast and flowers were received in great condition, however, as part of my order should have been Sun flowers, but instead was a different flower. They were a gift for my friend and their favourite flower is a sunflower, hence why I specifically chose that bouquet as these were pictured and described to have sunflowers. I was disappointed to discover they weren’t as described but my friend still loved them.

Usually very good but little disappointing in that flowers arrived looking very dryed out. Have revived but not to same extent as usual.

The flowers arrived as a surprise after her operation. She said they needed to be ‘revived’ as they arrived a bit flat and dry in the packaging. Colours are lovely and she was pleased they have scent too.
