I am usually very pleased with the service I receive from Flying Flowers and for this reason I always use this company. However, this time my order was delivered to the wrong address which caused a delay in delivery. The flowers were finally delivered on 24/12/2021 and were beautiful. It was just a shame my daughter had to wait for them.

Flowers ok but fewer than expected. There didn’t seem to be any free chocolates as had been indicated?

Good value for money but flowers weren’t delivered on the day they were planned for (2 days late)

Thank you for leaving feedback, sorry to hear this. Please contact us with your order details if you wish us to investigate. We do advise that all our flowers are delivered for free by trusty Royal Mail, with 93% arriving on the day you choose. And if you want them on the day, upgrade to DPD delivery at the checkout. So I am very sorry that your flowers arrived two days late. Best regards Michelle

Ordered a mini Christmas tree to be sent as a gift to a relative. Item not received when expected & no dispatch email sent to me until a few hours before it was delivered. Tree was OK but lopsided & had to be re-potted on receipt. Not all decorations as described in the listing were in the box. Disappointing as it was a gift.

The last couple of times I have ordered flowers the delivery and flowers were first class. I found placing the order was unnecessarily complicated.

I only rated it with a 3 out of 5 because for one it was meant to be delivered on the 7th then I had an email to say it wouldn’t be delivered until the 9th but then still didn’t arrive until the 10th, with some of the cheese defrosted and some half defrosted, so just a bit disappointed.

My mother in law sent me a photo of the flowers that where delivered and nothing like your photo only half the amount and only got a day or two life left in them

Dear Valerie, I'm sorry you were disappointed. With the free delivery option by Royal Mail we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day. There's a 90% chance it will arrive on the chosen date, but there is a small chance it will be delivered on the next working day. This is explained on our website and in our catalogues. Have happily used this company before but this time I was disappointed. The flowers arrived a day late and my son showed me them on zoom. Nowhere near as many blooms as in the picture on the website. Didn't feel the bouquet represented value for money.

I ordered a small Christmas tree, with a few lights, which is exactly what my friend received! No place to add free chocs that I could see and they never received any. Very expensive for what it was. My friend appeared to be completely underwhelmed.

The flowers weren’t as large as the picture showed. Ive used flying flowers all the time although not often. This is the 1st time i have been disappointed. I have attached a picture of what was received and what i ordered.

The flowers arrived when suggested but I had ordered free chocolates in addition and these were not delivered. When I checked my order this had not been included, despite me definitely selecting that option.

The flowers arrived quite squashed, due to the very thin packaging. We appreciate the fact that your company are trying to reduce packaging and thus reduce waste, however we feel that these flowers needed slightly more room for their journey. They did pick up fine after being in water and I have had an email with a full refund, which was very much appreciated, thanks. I will still be using your company in the future as I have always been very pleased with your service.
