Hi Martyn, I am sorry to hear you was disappointed and thank you for your feedback, I have checked and your order was delivered with Royal Mail, these deliveries have a 90% chance of delivery on the requested delivery date and a 10% chance of the following working day. “I ordered this bouquet in plenty of time several days before but it was delivered half way through the next day. This spoiled the birthday surprise, I know it’s royal mail at fault but I received an email from you reporting it was out for delivery first thing on the day before.”

Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee our Free delivery orders, postal deliveries have a 93% chance of arriving on the date requested or a small chance of being delivered the next working day. “I understand all business are having delivery problems currently, but my order was for delivery on 31st August, but didn't arrive until 3 September. Not a major issue, but after my initial email saying my order was on its way, no my contact was received by myself from Flying Flowers until this review request, which is not the normal standards, however I have put this down to general staffing issues across the country”

“I am usually delighted with flowers from Flying Flowers but this time the bouquet was for a family members birthday and when they arrived several flower heads were broken and the bouquet generally looked dilapidated. Fortunately once the flowers were put into water they perked up a little more but they did not really look like the vibrant bouquet that I chose to send.”

“Abit disappointed that the flowers didn't arrive on my adult grandaughters birthday, but I do understand that the present situation is difficult, the flowers were tired when she received them, but as she says the thought was there. Thank you for offering this very special service, I will order earlier next time.”
