I was the first time ever buying flowers and I thought I would purchase local. I want to say the smell of them were amazing and the range of colour was perfect. But when they arrived it was a day late and when my partner opened them they had looked squished like an IKEA flat pack item, leaves were broken and flat flowers. My partner said it was the thought that counted as she new I don’t buy flowers. They smell lovely and the colours are beautiful.

I ordered the flowers for my mom as a thank you. The flowers arrived on the expected date which is good and in general the flowers were lovely. However the roses were awful and didn’t last long at all. It wasn’t the guard petals, they were all brown in the centre of the roses and at the top of the stalk. Such a shame as the rest of the flowers were lovely but the roses being brown did spoil the display. It was the first time ordering letterbox flowers and I don’t think I’d rush to order again.

Some of the flowers were broken which as a shame, The accent plants stopped leaves on the second day.

Flowers arrived a day late..spent £27 on a bunch of flowers that I could have got from waitrose for £15...would have hated to see the bunch without the 50 percent extra foc..very disappointed and will not be using again..

This experience wasn't good: my gift should have been delivered Tuesday 1st or Wednesday 2nd June by Royal Mail. The recipient said they were delivered Friday night or Saturday morning? The flowers were much the worse for wear and were in very poor condition. Have only had one problem before with Flying Flowers, when Lindt chocs I paid for were not enclosed; normally I am very happy with the flowers, service, delivery et al. But this delivery to my friend is upsetting; why were the flowers not delivered on time but some 3 - 4 days later. Poor.

Not up to usual standard. One carnation already brown and floppy Gerber. Generally very dry stalks and leaves. Most did revive after severe shortening of stalks. My daughter, to whom the flowers were gifted, has only told me this today.

The recipient was pleased with the flowers although, initially, they appeared wilted but revived after some hours in water. I will definitely be ordering again, thank you!

The flowers they received didn't look a lot like the picture nor did it look like double the order.

My sister said the flowers were very nice though there were only 2 sprigs of stocks not 3 as shown in the picture of 'Twinkling Nights'. I thought the price included a small box of chocolates as well but none were delivered which was disappointing as I believed you included some chocolates in the price. The description was misleading it seems. Not good value.

Was really disappointed with the bouquet I ordered got my friends birthday as there were no sticks snd it was smaller than the pic of Citrus Zing. However after emailing my complaint I was promptly answered snd offered a 25% refund which I accepted and bought my friend another bunch from Tesco to make up.

Disappointed. Anniversary flowers delivered were fading, or dead. Post complaint customer service was good, but still v poor happening for special occasion.

Freechocs were offered with the flowers I ordered they were not delivered. Because I omitted to register the code ,this was not made obvious, I am of the appionion that was deliberate , you did not want give the chocolates away, for free. Moral read the small print check everything!!!!

The flowers were 2 days late. However they were beautiful. I did pay extra for guarantee delivery. They were supposed to arrive on the Thursday but did not until the Saturday.
