“I ordered my flowers to be delivered on the 26th for my Sisters Birthday.However they didn't arrive on the said date, My Sister checked her back gate yesterday and they had been placed over the gate! So we don't know when they were delivered ! I cannot understand why the Courier/postman didn't knock on the door as she was in all day.”

“The flowers were for my sister so obviously I did not get to see the flowers in person and only in a photograph. I must admit I would have expected to have seen more flowers and if it had not been for lockdown I would have bought a bigger bouquet cheaper and of the same quality. I loved the colour. I have already deleted the photograph she sent me. I was politely pleased as you would expect”

“Order No 10004060581 Very disappointing. These flowers were ordered on the 2nd January for a special Birthday on the 14th Jan and up to 11.00 today they still hadn't arrived . I received an eMail on the 14th from yourselves saying they were on their way but nothing arrived. Not a satisfactory conclusion to what should have been a happy occasion in these sad times. The flowers eventually arrived on Saturday afternoon................”

“They arrived on time undamaged. It was just a shame that the 3 roses were already dying and most of the rest in bud so by the time the bouquet was in bloom, 3 days later the roses were dead. Looking closer there was damage to some stems and flower heads missing which must have happened pre-transport and leaves dropping daily which I've never had before! Otherwise they look nice and like the photo.”
