“Flowers arrived as arranged. However, what would make this type of service outstanding is if the customer could receive a photo via email (doesn't cost anything except a minute or two or your time) showing exactly what is being sent to the recipient. I know what I ordered, but have no way of knowing what arrived.”

“Ordered these flower, was told it was out for delivery, with a confirmation to say they were delivered. This didn’t happen, resulting in a cross email. They were delivered. With better consideration email could be avoided. Not sure if I’ll use again.”
