“Easy to order but £60 + for what was deliveries not worth it. Also tried to change deliver date half hour after order but to late.”

“Ordering the flowers and delivery was first class, however I hope the flower buds open up as the photo my friend sent me is nothing like the flower picture I chose. She says there are lots of buds, so fingers crossed.”

“There wasn't as many flowers in the bunch as I expected and I think they missed out some of the flowers pictured. The writing on the handwritten card was a bit scruffy too. The website was easy enough to use and thru were still very nice flowers. They arrived right on time. I would order again.”

“The hamper was very well received thank you, but the flowers arrived the next day after the recipient's birthday by post and I don't believe they were Grade A flowers or looked anything like the picture in the catalogue. Also a lot of cut blooms at the bottom. Also the whole point of sending the flowers and the hamper on the 11th was for my friend's birthday. I had ordered well in time for the free delivery as you will see from my date of order. This is not the first time that I have been disappointed with your company, so I am afraid that I won't be using you again. You must admit that I spent a lot of money altogether for the two items. “There was no notice to say which way up the parcel should be and the flowers were obviously carried upside down and were delivered upside down. The gel had leaked. Disappointed with flowers this time - not as good as last two bunches. Don't know when they were delivered as person was not at home (it was a surprise so didn't know they were coming). Should have been Saturday and thy were delivered today.”

“Having spent £25 on the bunch of flowers I had picked out of the photos on line, I was not over impressed by the picture of what actually arrived at my sister's house. The carnations were good but the freesias I felt were not up to standard and my sister was disappointed with them. My PC will not send you the photo so I will try to e-mail it to you.”

“My elderly aunt was at home but the delivery man only knocked once She did catch him as he was going next door He told her he had put the box over the 6 foot gate Luckly she was able to retrieve it but it is an enterance that she doesn’t use There was no note to say where it had been left and could have stayed there for weeks unknown”
