“I was disappointed. When my neighbour opened the box it had all this sticky substance all over the stems and box. The flowers seem to be ok and beautiful just this sticky mess.”

“Unfortunately the flowers did not arrive on Friday 14th, but were delivered on Monday 17th. My friend was rather disappointed, as obviously they were not at their best, and at least 10% were very faded. This is the first disappointment that I have had in all my years of dealing with your company. What a pity!”

“Placed 2 orders for my sister in laws 50th birthday. They live 4 doors apart, both orders where delivered to the same house!! Not the service I paid for. Apart from that the flowers are beautiful. Will use again but maybe your courier needs to be looked into.”

“I have been told the flowers were fresh and colours good but they arrived a day late. If I had been aware there could be a problem I would have arranged for them to arrive the day before. Better early than late!”

“Sadly I've been thanked for the chocolates and flowers but they were delivered a day late - not good as they were for a friends birthday (there is a clue in the words message). First time I've ordered from you as I received flowers in late June from your company and the longevity and quality were so good. May need to revert to M&S as they have never let me down on delivery dates.”

“Came on time and is good for last minute situations but the flowers that arrived really weren’t like what they looked like in the images. Half the size to be honest and quite a catfish! But a nice gift all the same just wish there was more pictures on site.”
