“I have not seen the flowers nor a photo of them, so I cannot rate the success. My elderly friend was pleased & surprised with them and they did arrive the day after ordering.”

“Flowers are great my reason for 3 stars is you sent out an advert to get free luxury chocolates, I used this code and it did not recognise it. I then emailed you about this and got no reply and no chocolates with either of my two orders - very disappointing”

“I used this company as I specifically wanted to send sunflowers and prosecco to a friend. The flowers were beautiful and arrived on the specified date however, the mini bottle of prosecco was not delivered. DISAPPOINTED”

“Smart service .eeasy web site to use. ONLY PROB .picture doesnt match amount of flowers. Admit should have read small print but it is rather an inigma because of expectations.!!! BUT thankyou what did come was lovely and on time. Would use you again ! Stay safe.”

“Photo of the flowers we sent showed them to be beautiful but there were supposed to be 12 roses and 7 freesia stems, not 10 and 4 respectively.”

“the one order for my friend arrived a day late she sent me a pic and i wasnt very impressed they looked nothing like what i ordered i also had some delivered for my mom as i always do from you mom also sent a pic and once again this time i was disapointed as they are usually exellent”

“Having ordered from flying flowers several times ,I ordered with confidence for a friends birthday. However she told me that although the roses were perfect the rest of the bouquet was sadly lacking and that even after a couple of days the flowers did not refresh and were wilting. I contacted flying flowers who were very concerned and gave me a full refund . Good customer service. Am happy to order from them again”
