“This would have been a 2 star review if I hadnt received a 25% refund owing to my tulips arriving open which wasnt as I expected for them to last for a week or hopefully a little more.”

“Web site impossible to place order- waited 20 minutes for page to progress to next one. Eventually got hold of staff member on mobile and everything was great from then on.”

“Waited all day for conformation the flowers had been sent. Sent an email enquiring if they had. Didn't get a response till late in the day, however my friend who was the recipient of the gift was pleased and sent a picture. Flowers looked nice.”

“The recipient was very pleased with the flowers. She sent me a photo, but I was a bit disappointed as I thought that the bouquet would be bigger. Another disappointment was the communication, I sent a mail to customer service, this was before the flowers was delivered, I got no acknowledgement of this mail, however the flowers was delivered safely and on time.”

“Didn't look anything like the flowers on the website. I was asked what date I wanted delivery but confirmation email quoted a 2 day delivery slot. They actually were delivered the day after the required date. Won't be using you again.”

“Already sent a message was very dissapoined and thought the flowers were not worth £29 99 half came out a d the other 5 have not opened there buds seem to be all sticky will not be ordering any more sorry”

“The flowers were ordered for my mothers 83rd Birthday and whilst these were of a very good quality and quantity, unfortunately they arrived the day after the date they were initially ordered for. No indication at any stage that delivery of these items would be delayed.”

“Unfortunately a day late, and carnations had to be substituted for one of the flower types. Flying Flowers was quick to advise me that this would be the case, so customer service was good. Recipient said that the bouquet was very pretty and the flowers perked up once in water.”
