Roses very sad several nearly had their day rest alright,I don't expect them to last to weekend! Chocolates ok

On seeing the flowers for my daughter's wedding anniversary,I was disappointed to see the real thing didn't look like the photo you produce .Every thing looks bigger in the photo than it actually is .It happens to be my other daughter's anniversary in June so I will probably go else where.

I'm sorry to hear this, Michael. I can confirm that our flowers are delivered in bud to ensure longevity and once had the opportunity to open will effect the size of the bouquet. Unfortunately probably due to the current virus restrictions there was no delivery I assume as there were no flowers available. Flying flowers were however very quick to apologise and give a full refund.

The bouquet looked nothing like that advertised. My friend sent a photo of what looked like the lovely rose and something else in tight tiny bud. Where was the alstromeria and gypsophilia

I was disappointed with my flowers. The carnations and spray carnations were of a reasonable quality but the others were not. There was very little gypsophla and the other two stems were very weak. All in all not as good as I expected.

We love Flying Flowers for prompt efficient service and beautiful flowers delivered on time and well presented. However, on this occasion we were disappointed that the chocolates ordered and paid for as part of a birthday gift were omitted. But thank you for a prompt refund and apology.

Have used you several times and delivery has always been on date requested by first class post. Unfortunately this last delivery looked tired - not up to your previous standard.

I have emailed you to complain...but no reply! I order first flowers to arrive 30thApril...they arrived 4thMay...2nd bunch to arrive 2ndMay...they arrived 4thMay! This is really not acceptable as they were for special birthdays.

I have sent you numerous emails but as yet have not had a response I understand there is a problem at the moment but if staff are working from home someone would answer my mail. I am concerned that the flowers will arrive on the 8th April as it was confinfirmed

Was really disappointed at the size of bouquet as it’s appears to be a much larger bunch from the photos. Could have bought something similar from the supermarket for half the price.

I was at my friends house when her flowers arrived, and was embarrassed to see them. I could have purchased a similar bunch of flowers from a garage forecourt. I have used Flying Flowers for years, and have always received good messages from the people I send them to, but had never seen them. I really hope the flowers for mother's day sent to both mums are much better. They also arrived a day late!!
