I ordered two lots of flowers on Valentines day. Both parties said that the flowers were nice but one order had the roses upside down in the box.

Bought 24 red roses for valentines day and they were fine on arrival but wilted within a few hours - disappointing

The bulbs arrived very quickly However I was surprised to hear a) that there was NO sign of buds - as it was not made clear from the illustration, and b) that the bowl is plastic. I appreciate that the price for this gift is very competative, and it would probably have cost me more to send had I bought and sent locally, however I would probably have made another choice had I known a and b ! I intend to comment further when the irises bloom.

Easy to book. I upgraded to a medium size bouquet and was disappointed at the size. Annoyed that I was offered a 12% discount on my next order but when I came to order the very next morning the offer had expired. Offered a 10% discount instead but then lost free chocolates so no real gain. Felt cheated.

my duaghter sent a photo of the flowers. it looked rather sparse. was told on the phone when I booked them there would be 4 of roses, irises and gerbias. there were only 3 of each of the latter. I would have paid more to have a better bunch. They had good foliage though

The flowers arrived a day later than requested.& within 2days 3 of the roses had dropped.

The flowers were priced at going rate they were fresh and arrived on time there are many company's who offer same service at same prices

the flowers arrived on the day about 1130, which was fine. Unfortunately the packaging was slightly damaged on one end and three of the roses were slightly crushed. It was not a major problem, just a little disappointing.

Although the flowers arrived on the correct day, they appeared to be smaller than the picture on your site. So a little disappointed.

I sent flowers to my aunt, yellow roses and freesia. My aunt texted to say delivered (on time) roses were lovely but the freesia were a bit poorly. In general flowers ordered by yourselves have always received praise. Just a little disappointed that my aunts flowers were not 100%. It wont put me off ordering in the future as another bouquet just delivered to a friend of mine was very complimentary.

Flowers look nice but I chose the post option in case my daughter wasn’t in to receive them but the postman took them away when there was no answer! Would be better if it was clearly stated that this may not happen and that the flowers won’t be posted through the door!

3 flowers were broken, 2inchs from the flowerhead, so was not able to arrange in the vase with the rest of the flowers. So a little disappointed !!.

For the second time my order was not delivered on time. This time the flowers arrived 2 days after the contracted day,which meant my wedding anniversary. To be told that 95 percent arrived on the stated day just caused more anger. Free delivery was offered to me as part of my package, I did not order it outside of that offer. I have since gone on line There is no mention of 95 percent on the page offering free delivery but at the bottom of everything relating to a order. May I suggest that this statement is shown on the first page which shows available flowers, which offer free delivery and not seen until the end of the other page. The only reason I did not rate the company lower was because after a lot of argument, I was offered a refund. Terence F Matthews LL.B. (Hons )

I've had feedback from the recipient of the flowers I recently sent One of the Dark Pinks started drooping after 3 days whilst the other one was perfectly alright Won't be using Flying Flowers again!
