Ordered flowers for Xmas, due Mon/Tues, phone call Wednesday saying they would arrive on the Thursday but didn’t arrive until Saturday, luckily it was not for a Birthday

Died in 3days lot of mony for an 80 year old could not afford it but had to giv gifts to special friends disapionted wont be irdering again

You could not supply what I had ordered , not really happy with that, ! When they arrived ,my friend said not in the best condition? As it was on 23rd Dec. not a lot I could do about it! I am disappointed at what she received as it should of been special, she has been very ILL the idea was to cheer her up ,!

My friends said there flowers was very nice,I did ask for them to be delivered on the 21st Dec but wasn't delivered untill the 23rd so I wasn't very happy about that I do know I could have paid extra but I really don't think you should have to do that as I don't at M+S

Ordered 2 lots of flowers for my daughter in laws and for Christmas and only 1 of them had them delivered so not happy at all ruined Christmas,the one didn’t get hers should have been delivered on the 23rd dec 😡

I cannot make a reasonable comment as I have not heard from the recipient that she has received the flowers. I was very disappointed to have emails with different offers after I had ordered.

My Mother’s flowers were not up to scratch. My niece’s parcel was supposed to arrive on 19th December, still not arrived yet, as there is cheese in this l am very concerned. I’ve never had a problem before.

Unfortunately the flowers I ordered were no longer available. It was hyacinths and white flowers. I also ordered some for myself. I had a telephone call informing me that the bouquet I wanted was no longer available so an alternative was sent. And yet in my own delivery was a leaflet offering blue hyacinths with red flowers which would have been fine. I wonder why they were not offered to me. They were mum mum's favourite flowers which is why I ordered them in the first place. Very disappointing . However my recipients did like their flowers.

Flowers were received as badly damaged and recipient had to cut them right down. A further delivery was promised.

Not sure on which date flowers arrived as was between 25th and 26th but I knew they were there on 27th. Received a photo from recipient on 29th I was a little disappointed to see 1 rose bud was drooping and a few others outside edge of petals were browning. This is my observation recipients never mentioned it.

Flowers were delivered on time but the next day some of the flowers had died. I have emailed but still waiting a response.
