“Easy to order, as postal delivery- didnt arrive when expected but did day later! Dont look quite like what i ordered but give it a day or two see if it improves!”

“Flowers were delivered on time which was the main aim on Valentines Day so happy from a delivery perspective but the only down side was a few flowers were were not in good condition when delivered and had to be put straight in the bin.”

“This bouquet was to my son and daughter in law in celebration of the birth of their baby boy They said the flowers were lovely but no sign of the ..free chocolates. Very disapointedifferent.”

“I was disappointed at the flowers that were delivered to my friend as they were not the same as the on line picture. However, when I raised the issued it was dealt with very efficiently and effectively by customer service department. That's all you can ask- mistakes happen and its how they are rectified that is important. So overall acceptable but customer service on is on very good. thanks”

“I would have given 5 stars but this is the 3rd time I've ordered flowers with free chocolate but the chocolates never arrived. The last time I was told they would send them on to me but again they never arrived.”

“I ordered 9 days in advance but they still arrived late. When I tried to contact the company to chase them none of their emails worked. The card that comes with the flowers is huge, so I'm not sure why they have such a small character limit. But the quality of the flowers was good, and they arrived in good condition.”
