“I was sent a picture of the flowers but didn’t appear to resemble the ones I picked. I do appreciate some are in bud so will see in a couple of days what they look like”

“Thwe flowers arrived very dry and in need of water. When first looked at we thought some of them were dead. But they revived after being put in a vase of water. Suggest their stems should be steeped in shielded (i.e. not leaking) wet cotton wool - or something similar - in the future.”

“We have had several bunches of flying flowers delivered to friends and relatives during lockdown and always been really pleased with the flowers, sadly this isn’t the case with the latest bouquet, although the flowers are nice enough compared to the picture on the website they look like a pathetic little bunch of flowers and not the bouquet advertised”

“i would have liked the flowers to be delivered in a bouquet not a box. it was a special day for her. she had just had her beloved dog put to sleep, her husband is gravely ill and that day was her birthday, so a nice bouquet with a bow would have been better, not a box.”

“Ordered for mums birthday. Opted for royal mail delivery maybe understand the circumstances should have paid the larger cost for carrier. As they arrived the day after they were expected to. The stems were lovely just a bit disappointed they weren't on time as she thought we'd forgot.”
