Arrived promptly, sadly all the flowers were extremely limp and the tulips were beyond rescue 😢

I ordered flowers for Mothers Day online, I wanted them delivered the Friday before, but there was an error somewhere and the order went in for the 19th, I still do not know if they were delivered okay, my Mother has Dementia and I am not in the country

The bouquet that was delivered was not as described or illustrated on the website as the number of stems delivered were far fewer than expected, described and illustrated. In fairness to Flying Flowers on receipt of my complaint they issued a full refund. On the positive side the flowers were delivered on time and in good condition and the flowers that were delivered were of good quality.

The purchasing of flowers was very easy, communication of delivery time was perfect but after comparing photos off the website of what I thought I was getting and the flowers that were delivered theres a huge difference. The photos on the website are misleading and although they state underneath what exactly you're getting, it's hard to imagine which is why the photos should show exactly what it looks like arranged and how many of each you'll get. I'm actually really disgusted by the price. I paid nearly ÂŁ30 and the 'bunch' that arrived for my mum was smaller than a bunch I could have bought from a supermarket for half the price. The only good thing was that the free tiny box of chocolates I was meant to get was out of stock so it was replaced with a full size box. I feel like companies like this are really playing on the fact not a lot of us can leave the house at the minute.

They where delivered as agreed however the bunch of flowers was much smaller than it was advertised as.

There was no sign on the box of the flowers saying to stand the box this way up so the flowers were upside down. Also the flowers did not look like there was 25% extra given. From Neelufa Rahman

Flows are ok suppose. A day late and didn’t have the chocolates I ordered. They did provide some chocolates but wasn’t what the wife likes.

I ordered the Joyful Breeze bouquet for my Mum which was delivered as expected on Friday 12th March, thank you! However, I have just been sent photos of the flowers and am a bit disappointed. The roses and carnations were lovely but the irises were rubbish, no flowers as looks like they were picked too soon and just green leaves!

Rather disappointed with the order, and cannot find any similar pictures in the online brochure. Run of the mill 5 carnations, two very small, 4 everlasting leaf “pad-outs”, two stems indeterminate tiny buds, and 4(only one of good size) of the usual mauve ‘daisy-type’ stems. Wilting bottom leaves. Well packed, and still cool stem protection, and arrived intact. My daughter ordered them for Mother’s Day, and I would think she had hoped for better.

I placed these flowers for my 50th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately your site didn't emphasise that the Post Office might not arrive on the specific date. Fortunately the flowers arrived today.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review John. Our website does state on the home page that our free delivery flowers are sent via Royal Mail and that there is a 90% chance of delivery on your chosen date. This also is shown during your order process. Best wishes Valerie
