“Don't normally leave reviews, but since I had an email to review. Gotmy mum flowers and to be honest I could have got supermarket flowers better an cheaper, so many of the roses were dead on arrival.”

We do advise on our website that with Royal Mail Deliveries, there is a 93% your gifts will arrive on the day you chose, however, there is a small chance they could arrive the next working day. Hi Ruth, I'm sorry your flowers didn't arrive on the date requested. On our website we do advise that although with Royal Mail deliveries, there is a 90% chance your order will arrive on the date selected, there is also a small chance it may arrive the next working day. We do offer guaranateed date deliveries with DPD for an extra £3.99 if this is something that would interest you in the future. Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. “Roses have "drooped" after only 3 days. Disappointing. Was trying Flying Flowers again after a previously poor experience. Will leave it for a while again based on this order.”

“Came on time and arrived in a nice box. Unfortunately the flowers looked quite distressed and was a disappointing bunch to present to someone on Valentine’s Day. Won’t be ordering again as a result.”
