“I have used Flying Flowers quite a number of years mostly for my Aunt who lives hundreds of miles from me I recive photos from her when her flowers arrive and she is always very pleased witth them so Thank You”

“Flowers were excellent but delivery poor. Package was left on the path outside, it was letterbox format so could easily have been posted. Delivery note said it had been left in the porch.”

“The flowers were delivered to my aged mother on time but the delivery driver evidently did not ring the door bell (she was definitely in) and the flowers were left at the side of the house. I called my mother the following day (Mothers Day) and asked whether she had received the flowers; whereupon she went to look and found them.”

“The flowers were really appreciated and very beautiful. Funny thing was, that the picture taken by the delivery person showed door number 20, however, the right door was 15! Luckily the flowers went to the right place.”

“I would prefer the flowers (Christmas red carnations and gold foliage) in a normal box with some moist tissue around the cut stems- rather than the 'letter box' packing which I would think to be too large for most letter boxes, certainly mine. One recipient was rather disappointed (and ungracious!) concerning the disorganized state of the flowers in the box. (She won't be getting a delivery next Xmas!) Now that mine are in a vase they are in good condition, although I wouldn't want to pay the full £29 for them; the 40% off made them seem better value. I don't think the range of bunches is as good as it used to be, for example, the 'Simply Carnations' bunch is no longer offered.”

“The website very easy to navigate and choose the appropriate flowers for us to send , the bouquet arrived exactly the time promised and we were kept informed of delivery etc. But the card that arrived with flowers was strange and inappropriate for Sister-in-law having a tough time, a better card would have been appreciated. Flowers were beautiful though.”

“My first bunch arrived with dead white roses and snapped heads. There was no hydration pack and DPD had delayed its delivery by a day. Flying flowers sent a replacement bunch with full apologies and they arrived in perfect condition”

“You delivered when you said. You texted me to say it was delivered but the driver just left them on the doorstep and I had to inform the recipient. You didn't even ring the doorbell. REALLY”
