“All very good except there was no photo of the delivery so it was impossible to know if it had arrived with the intended recipient until they contacted us. Not knowing was quite worrying and the photo of delivery would have put our minds at ease”

“The flowers were delivered - eventually. Instead of being sent to No. 112, they were delivered at No. 32. It seems that the occupants of the latter address had only just bought the property and assumed that the flowers were intended for the previous owner. They contacted the estate agent involved in the sale and, as luck would have it, one of the staff actually knew the intended recipient and was able to make sure they arrived at the right place.”

“Flowers absolutely beautiful and value for money. Unfortunately some damage due to incompetence of courier company ( DPD). On reporting the issues flying flowers very apologetic and gave me a discount”

“Arrived on time. Bottom of box damaged and little box of chocs dropped out, but luckily it was already indoors, at home. Although I knew flowers would be delivered mainly in bud my initial reaction was that it looked like a scraggy bunch. The following morning (as stated on web site) a lot of the flowers had relaxed and opened up. Today, three days after delivery most of buds have now opened to make a nice display.”

“They arrived the day after I ordered which was impressive. They looked rather pitiful in the photo the recipient sent but perked up after a couple of days. Not the most long lasting of arrangements but that’s probably because they were out of water in the post. The bonus is that they arrived quickly and were colourful. Thank you”

“Was a wee bit disappointed the flowers did not arrive on birthday date as requested. Thought I had given enough notice. Flowers looked nice, roses a bit open, however I have used you before and will probably use again”

“Dealt with the order very professionally, and kept us in the loop with delivery expectations. The flowers looked a bit frazzled, with more of the yellow in-filler flowers used, than the original photo of what to expect. Looks like the sunflowers saved the day, as the only ones looking really un rushed in the bouquet. Arrived on the right day, at a very respectable time of day. Thanks for that.”
