“The cake was delivered damaged for Mother’s Day. My mum was very upset. And there was also no message card delivered.
There was also a coupon code emailed to me to get 15% discount but the code was invalid which was confirmed by the customer support team. This was flaked advertising. It’s a shame as I’m a repeat customer for a few years and the experience has been good. I definitely won’t order again.”
“They delivered an arrangement totally different from the one I chose and insisted it was similar. On day of delivery flowers started to droop and wilt but they disclaimed responsibility. My flowers were for Mother’s Day. She was unhappy with the look of it and fnp only said sorry. Very poor after sales. Not buying from them any more!”

Despite repeated follow-ups, your team failed to respond on time, and the order was delayed, causing me to cancel the planned cake-cutting ceremony. I strongly advise others not to use your services, as my experience was utterly frustrating and unreliable.”

Sign completely different which I paid extra for… no capital letter on Happy. Paid for it from the uk for my best friends 40th birthday. Very embarrassed, arrived a little squashed on top and looking and tasting very poor. Paid over £75 to this company. Refusing to refund and offered a discount of SGD 10 on my next purchase. I’ve explained I didn’t get what I thought I was purchasing, point blank refusing a refund. I definitely won’t be using this company again and would strongly recommend not to for a cake.”
“I had a deeply disappointing experience with this flower delivery service — not for the first time, unfortunately. I ordered flowers for my mum’s birthday, paying extra to have them delivered during a specific time window. Being overseas, I provided my dad’s local contact number for delivery coordination.
What followed was a complete failure of service. The delivery team made no actual attempt to deliver — just a missed call or two while my dad was in a meeting. There was no persistence, no proper communication, and absolutely no attempt to redeliver. Calling the number back led to no answer. I raised a complaint promptly and provided both my parents’ landline and my own number, but customer service kept repeating the same robotic line: “We haven’t received a response from you,” which is completely false. I responded multiple times, yet they continued to ignore every message and ultimately never delivered the flowers nor issued a refund.
This is not my first bad experience with them. In the past, half my order was never delivered until I raised a complaint — and even then, it took days to correct.
I will never be using this service again and would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Unreliable, dismissive, and grossly unprofessional. If you’re looking to make a loved one feel special, this company will only leave you frustrated and disappointed.”
“Horrible experience twice now. First time I wasn’t sure what the issue was. I had sent a diary/ pen set for dad on Father’s Day and the dairy was old , not new. Second time round I had ordered a birthday gift for a near one and they never delivered it on assigned day mentioning we can’t take guarantee for our delivery partners as to when will it be delivered. They have just tied up with local business but have no idea how it is working on grass-root level nor any way to resolve customer complaints appropriately. Prefer to order on Swiggy/ Zomato or reach out to a local business directly. Not worth the hassles.”
“I and my fiancé had a very bad experience from Ferns and Petals. What we have ordered they did not delivered same and not even on same day. We did lots of follow ups for our prepaid service. Service and products both were very disappointed. Don’t choose Ferns and Petals for any services. It was a good app, years back but now from last few years they are just fooling people.”
