“The entire process was messy, poorly coordinated and unprofessional. The customer support team stated that we will resolve your issue in 24 to 48 hours. So anyone looking to get decoration done by them please beware, because by the time they resolve your issue, the event maybe over.
From a shouting match between the back end team and the boy who came to fix the decoration, to finally the boy quitting his job on a phone call in front of me. I saw and heard it all.
If you are looking for a seamless professional service please don’t choose them. But if you are looking for some poor quality TV drama they may just be the one.”

“Worst service after order, I have ordered gift item o 3rd June to be delivered on 6th June but item was not delivered on agreed date. I have track the order which shows schedule delivery on 6 June and tried twice to contact via online chat but they also revert with same un-useful screen shot :(, finally item has delivered today on 11 June after a week of occasion and I received email to give feedback with disable links therefore cannot give feedback via email and also search on their website which also doesn't have feedback option. “I ordered from you a cake and for delivery to happen on time, I had to fight with all of your customer service people for 1 day and finally i got it even though delivered late. Now the person who has delivered the cake is in contact with me to check about his payment, which he didn't receive it yet from the great FERNSANDPETALS India. What exactly are you guys doing there? Even after writing the full address with pin code, the package was first sent to some other location and later given to us. For the same when I asked your customer service team, they are bluntly saying that the delivery is not even out then how my order will be sent to other place. “I ordered a S$109 congratulatory bouquet for the birth of my grandchild on 24 May. The bouquet was delivered by a couple within the stipulated time.
However, the bouquet was a big embarrassing disappointed. The flowers were withered and definitely not fresh. It looked at least 2-3 days old. It dampened the mood of the joyous occasion.
I could have got a better deal from the wet market florist.
I don't see any purpose in submitting photos because the submission of earlier reviewers seems to have no impact on the company's commitment or responsibility. The staff seems to be more keen on ensuring payment than providing efficient services.
I would definitely not order from or recommend FNP again.
