“Very fast and friendly service, had a few queries and an issue with a battery - phoned up and had a new battery sorted within a few days, no extra charge. Very friendly on the phone and kept me updated via email when everything was sent. Phone works great as well now :D”

“The phone I ordered arrived next day as promised, was exactly as described, almost fully charged & best of all was upgraded to an unlocked model at no extra cost. Fonegiant is simply (in my opinion) the best company on the web to buy a refurbished phone from. I've replaced my kid's broken phones & upgraded mine & my wife's recently. I'll never buy a brand new phone ever again, as the savings to be had here by comparison are superb.”

“Ordered an unlocked used phone which was described as "in good condition". When the phone arrived, it wasn't - it was in excellent condition and I still cannot find any scratches or nicks! The only difference between the phone I bought and a new one, was my phone didn't arrive in a box so I was very pleased. I ordered the phone at 2pm and it arrived the next day with Royal Mail at 9.30am (using the Tracking no provided, I saw the phone was posted just after 4pm). It was wrapped in bubble wrap and included a brand new USB cable with socket charger. I plugged in my memory card and SIM and my phone was up and running in less than 10mins. Very, very pleased with my purchase - fantastic value. The phone was released to the public only 2 years ago and I got it for a third of the price of a new one for a phone in perfect condition. I'll be considering buying my next phone again, and will be recommending Fonegiant to all my friends and family.”
