I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio, and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. Although I’m relieved the situation was resolved, the overall experience left me uneasy. It’s important for users to feel confident that their funds are secure and that any issues will be handled promptly. Strengthening the reliability and responsiveness of customer support would go a long way in building that trust.

It's a scam. You pay for phone which will not be delivered and they know it. No way of communicating as no answer to the emails , phone line is not active. Reported to trading standards. Hoping for a refund from the bank. It's pure robbery , you basically pay for goods they do not have amd will not supply. Later zero customer service, basically stealing peoples money . Reported to trading standards and the police.

Terrible company 🤮I am waiting to receive my order.phone not manned and not answering emails been 20 days now disgusting disgraceful I do not recommend them at all this is the second company who I have had bad service starting to put me off buying all together

Really disappointed...ordered a phone, wrong colour arrived and box was not sealed. Fonegiant agreed i could return and get a full refund. Phone returned but trying to get the refund is proving very difficult. Lack of communication from Fonegiant is shocking. Phone not manned and live chat equally as poor. I've no idea how to get my money back....looking to escalate to Ofcom. Suggest avoiding this company.

Don't use this company unless you want to be disappointed. I only wish I had checked the reviews before I placed an order. Shocking customer service. I was offered next day delivery, didnt arrive, promised a further date, didn't arrive, didnt answer the phone and after cancelling the order the phone was delivered to a neighbour. I'm now having to the phone at my own cost.

I ordered a new phone, was promised delivery next day, arrived after 3 days. Customer service goes like this - you send 5 emails, lucky if you hear once. Call them 10 times, you will be lucky if they pick up even once. They promised me an invoice; after much communication, they sent me a piece of paper, with no company reg, no VAT reg, yet they charged VAT. Have been asking them for VAT reg for over 10 days, simply no response. I have decided to report this to VAT authorities. The receipt they sent me is worthless - even Samsung would not accept it as proof of purchase. I think they are running a scam.

Ordered a phone yesterday before 2 pm . Been told it will be send by special delivery next day which is today . My tracking number shows nothing on post office tracker website . I called fonegiant customer service the person on phone said he is not sure when I'm going to receive my phone it will be today or tomorrow . But he's not sure . What a waste of time and money

This company is the worst for customer service. The iPhone 7 in Rose Gold was supposed to be in excellent condition but did not charge which was purchased for 9 year old granddaughter from Santa, hard to explain to child how we were to ask Santa for a new one. Constant emails with no reply. So frustrated so next step will have to be Trading Standards.

Compre un teléfono Huawei p20 el día 28/06/2020 , con número de seguimiento VE 884812158 GB, hasta el momento no lo e recibido. Informan ellos que ya fue entregado y recibido por una persona.Aqui donde yo vivo van demasiados empleados de Royal a dejar muchos pedidos y nadie sabe nada. Que hago? Solución no hay, ya que fonegiant ya no responde.

Bought a Note 9. Was sold as 'very good', which in most aspects it is. Except the charging port. Its loose and it doesn't work. Complained but just got ignored after the 'is there any fluff stuck in it' email. They're not replying now.
