I purchased a blackberry PRIV but 3 was ago. done gets extremely hot. can't hold it after 15 mind. they visual keypad and phone key pad stops working after 20 mind. keep restarting phone. took 5 emails before I got a reply. offered an exchange. I omitted for Samsung galaxy note. still waiting forward respone. very worry to see all these negative.comments

Didn’t really show proof of how this website isn’t a scam and should’ve showed more pictures for the iPhone 7. It’s just not reliable for me.Sorry.Thank you anyway.

When I received my phone the SIM card and SIM tray extraction tool were missing. I sent a message regarding this a few days ago but have so far heard nothing. Not too impressed.

Phone arrived locked, code sent after a day and then unlocked. But now after exhaustive setting up time, factory resets etc it appears the USB port is damaged. finding it difficult to get hold of anyone at fonegiant to talk to me. Phone just goes to an unnamed mail box. Hoping they will contact me and provide a solution quickly. Have sent two emails.

First phonr delivered quickly and looked in lovely condition. Withing 6 weeks there were problems, and getting the repair done was exhasting. 3 without a phonr weeks later a replacement phone is sent, but without the brand new charger i had sent with my original phone, instead a filthy chewed up wire that looked like a dogs. Chew toy, and the usb adapter fell apart in my hands as i unplugged it. 4 weeks later there are problems again, even getting a returns label is hard work, with the standard response being connect to i tunes and go into recovery mode. Not going to fix a failed logic board as with thd 1 st phone and definitely not going to fix a swollen battery, as is the issue with the 2nd phone. Both times i have had to constantly chase to find out whats going on, 2nd phone was retutned 6 days ago and havent heard a peep. And again, without a phone, how long for this time??

I paid for a brand new phone. They emailed me to tell it was unavailable, so foolishly I accepted a replacement but they sent the wrong one. I had to pay to send it back and then they sent an what they said was an ‘A’ grade phone with chips and scratches on case and screen. Won’t ever use them again,

The phone was described as "grade B, 8/10". It is covered in chips to the rear and around the bezel, and the battery is defective, only holding about 66% capacity. I will never ever buy from Fonegiant again.

The phone was packaged well, but was not completely as described; a large scratch on the screen was not mentioned in the product description. The phone was also faulty, and did not work, no matter how many different cables I tried. It did not receive power or turn on at all.

The telephone I purchased was described as 9 out of 10 immaculate. I anticipate if I had immediately taken this to somebody purchasing the condition would have been much lower, max in my opinion 7 out of 10. I would never have bought a product in this condition as I want a decent phone, the telephone had 3 scratched on the screen one which was central and deep. Although the phone was described as refurbished, by the dirt showing when the back was removed it clearly was not. To add insult to injury I had to pay to return this rubbish. My advice is to avoid. The refund was dealt with promptly.

I ordered a phone on Friday at 2 pm . Clearly says " order before 2.30pm for next day delivery" Which I did it's now Monday evening and no phone . I tryed the message system they have and it won't allow me to use my email address . Now I looked on the website and it says one to two working days for delivery. So when I ordered the phone they was lying by saying " next day delivery if ordered before 2.30 pm" then you find out its one or two working days .not surely that's false advertising on their behalf.

When i first bought my galaxy s6 from this website it arrived the very next day. Was said to be immaculate condition and I would agree that it was. However, on the same day it arrived the screen was unresponsive but I just ignored it as I thot it was a little problem. Now may months later the phone is completely unresponsive and after getting it checked out it was revealed that the phone screen was already a replecment. I guess this is what i get for buying refurbished phones to save a couple extra pounds.

I order a 9.5 imaculate phone and I got a 7.5 dirty one, with scracthes and another brand's charger. We agreed to make a change by a real imaculate and I sent it back, but they sent me the money back and just disappeared. Stopped asnwering my e-mails. I have been 3 weeks without phone because this issue.

I purchased a handset only and recieved a prompt thankyou email that stated I'd receive another email to inform me the phone had been dispatched. The next email I received stated the phone was out of stock and I would receive a refund! The two stars are for the speed of refund because the rest was a was a total waste of time!

You write, I've, '... recently made a purchase...' but I don't know if, indeed, I have, as my online banking protection did not allow the transaction to go through. So, unless you have the means to overrule my digital banking protection, then I have not made a purchase. VBK.
