“Was expecting a factory refurbish phone as it published, I was quite disapointed to recieve a phone that is full of scratch, looks very old and slow compare to my old note 3 phone.”

“whilst I have no problem with the phone or its description I had great difficulty in obtaining any photos, particularly photos of the described damage. In fact no photo was ever sent even after I expressed interest. This is unfair to prospective buyers.”

“The phone was sold as being in 8.5 out of 10 condition. Was it heck. Couple of deep scratches on screen, cracked casing in 3 places, poorly fitting rear cover, intermittent headphone jack AND charging port. Some heavy handed oaf has clearly had a go at fixing the phone up. Yes it works but they charged a lot for it and were quite deceptive about phones actual condition.”
