“Bought my refurbished phone from fonegiant - very good price, good condition. After a few weeks it stopped charging properly, I contacted fonegiant and they suggested a few things I could try but when they failed they sent me a free post label and asked me to send it back. It took a couple of weeks but I got it back this morning all working perfectly, plus they sent me a new charger free of charge. Having read some of the other negative reviews about after sales service I am very pleased and impressed.”

“I brought this phone to replace my current S7 Edge as I have smashed the screen and broken the rear camera. Phone was delivered next day before 1pm Royal Mail. Phone works perfectly. Its condition is B grade, as described. It has few dents and scratches on the frame. A few hair line scratches on the screen none of which are obtrusive. There is a ware patch on the home button however finger print recognition does not seem to be affected. It is network unlocked (ee and voda work) but did come with Virgin Media apps installed so must be from their network. They can be uninstalled completely so no need to re-flash. Battery seems to be good, no different from my current S7. Over all a good phone for the price.”

“Very disappointed as phone described as immaculate was badly worn The Ace Galaxy 3 that I purchased was described as Grade A Immaculate and complete with box.giving me the impression it was as good as new. It arrived in an almost flat envelope giving the impression that the box containing the phone was smaller than I thought. The phone had been provided without a box. The screen was badly scratched as there were rub marks and scratches on the back too. Had a helpful text chat on their web page and I was promised the correct item the next day - the problem was said to be a mistake in the dispatch department. Fonegiant need to sort this out as other people have reported similar problems. Their representative promised the replacement phone would be properly checked. I mentioned I was now worried about batteries and getting something heavily used with limited future life. Hopefully I will be able to give a better review on the replacement mobile phone. Will try and put some pictures of the alleged immaculate phone on my Facebook page. UPDATE - Customer Service through Adam and the web page chat was OUTSTANDING. This means of communication is so helpful for those like me who are hearing impaired and furthermore it avoids expensive telephone charges. As promised a Samsung Galaxy Ace was delivered as a replacement the next morning. The item originally ordered was out of stock and therefore an upgrade was provided. I don't think that the wrong item was sent out as part of a fraud. Other customers to have provided reviews or complaints about getting the wrong items but there is a high proportion of four and five star reviews to those one or two star reviews where there have been problems. My original review was two stars but I have now upgraded it to four stars to reflect a balance between the superb Customer Service support and the errors of their dispatch Department that could perhaps be easily resolved”

“Buying process was simple although slightly worrying at first due lack of emails after first order confirmation. However, chat service was great, quickly gave the order and dispatch update and phone arrived next day. Phone was as described, in new condition.”
