I am really surprised that how they can say it when it's clearly mentioned ''SIM Dual SIM (Nano-SIM, dual stand-by)''. I really don't trust this seller for further any transactions.

So far very very bad experience. Ordered phone over weekend, paid with Paypal. No information received. They are not answering emails, on phone calls or messages on the web.

The phone I ordered came in good time. However, there are intermittent problems with the screen (which weren't obvious initially) - it frequently changes brightness and flickers which us very annoying. Fonegiant have not responded to my online query or a seperate email to customer services. Their phone line is not open during evenings or weekends so I have not been able to call yet. I will keep trying but I'm very unimpressed and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Never received any confirmation from them, so had to chase them, and was told they would confirm the payment with there finance department. I contacted them yesterday, and they advised my payment had cleared, and my order would be sent out, and I would receive it today. I then get an email this morning, stating my order has been stopped as it didn't pass there security checks, and that they would refund. (Going by previous reviews, that will most likely not arrive) Customer service is appauling! No answer to phone calls, no live chat at all today, very brief responses to emails, if your lucky to get a response at all! Avoid Avoid Avoid

Hi The reason why your order was cancelled because you have used a fraudulent card details for payment. This order have been cancelled further more you have attempted you use another fraudulent card on 11 November on our Website and on 3th November you made payment via PayPal which was reserved by paypal as fraudulent transaction.

Absolutely appalling company, DO NOT USE FONEGIANT. I ordered a phone in August, which was not in stock. They sent the wrong phone with half the GB memory I ordered in October as a replacement, without any refund (granted, there was a misunderstanding and I take partial responsibility for that), so I returned the phone to them as advised. They received it 2 weeks ago and still haven't sent a replacement, and they do not respond to phone calls or email. They are refusing to refund me the £170 I paid in August (it's now November and I still do not have a phone), because it has been 'more than 14 days since I ordered' - even though it was almost 2 months before they sent the (wrong) phone! Shocking customer service. I still do not have a phone, and I have not been refunded either.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!. I bought a Samsung note 3 after one week it stopped charging. So I emailed them and complained. They said they would send a new one out to me. I sent the phone back at my own expense. The company then proceed to send me back the same phone saying they had fixed it. Nothing had changed. Phone was still not charging I believe they didn't even look at it because it was so obvious it wasn't working. I then sent the phone back, again at my own expense. I then proceeded to ask for a refund as it had only been two weeks and the phone came with a 3 month warranty. The company did not give me a straight answer and I have now sent numerous Emails requesting a refund and they have not responded so I'm left with no option but to pursue my refund through the small claims court. The company is a joke and have zero customer skills. I have been more than fair with them as this has been going on over a month now and is still not resolved. So if you are reading this don't spend a penny here..take your money elsewhere this place is awefull.

I purchased a refurbished smartphone from fonegiant yesterday. Today I have received an email from someone, unconnected with fonegiant except that he has also bought a phone from fonegiant. Well, it seems fonegiant has sent someone else my phone with my details included in the packaging! A simple error perhaps of putting the phone in the wrong package, but seriously, my 5 year old can match up cards with the right envelope. How hard can it be?

Ordered a phone that was described as being in Immaculate Condition (A). When it arrived it has a chip in the centre of the screen - easy to see, and a charger for another brand. Went on line on the chat facility - no one answered. Phoned up - answerphone. Called again only to be told that he didn't deal with this and that I need to send an email. Two emails sent - no reply to date. Not impressed!!!

Very bad experience I ordered unlocked phone but phone was locked , different colour , accessories wasn’t original then I called them they said we do not have ur required color in stock so we will send you Apple headphone free of charge & they also said we will unlock your phone in 2 days but nearly 1 week phone still locked and many days passed they didn’t send me anything, Really very Disappointed.

Awful service - advertised phone as unlocked when is locked and codes don't work. Also back glued on very badly making it non watertight. Trying to return without additional cost but no real advice or reasonable process to return. A completely scam company - do not buy from them!

Stay away from fonegiant ripoff company. I bought a samsung galaxy note 3 on 3rd may which i received next day. It hasnt charged properly since I received it, I have to turn off my phone to charge it and when i turn back on its dead completely within the hour. Now it doesnt charge at all the phone isnt working thanks to fonegiant ive had no phone for nearly a week. I want my money back or I shall be contacting my solictor.

Received my phone but it does not work properly , customer service was terrible said would mend it if under manufacturer s warranty , I hope I get a refund as should of come working the money I paid ,

WILL NOT RECOMMEND ONLINE PURCHASE very poor communication, the phone was supposed to be delivered next day, its been 5 days no signs for phone and FAKE royal mail tracking number as it does not respond. called customer care and informed that did not receive phone and was promised a call back or refund- not heard from them since and no refund.

I have waited a week for a phone that was supposed to be next day delivery. I have emailed 3 times without any response and also have been able to contact on the number provided. I am very unhappy with the customer service provided and would appreciate some information on my order or a very prompt refund of my money.

Majority of reviews here are positive. Like many online business, these reviews reflect the trouble free experiences of many customers. Any retailer can knock out sale after sale to huge applaud. What separates a truly great trader from an average one, is how problem sales are dealt with. This is when a traders true colours come to light. I purchased a faulty phone from here. It was return and a refund requested. Despite this, the seller tried to ‘bodge’ their own repair and send return the phone. I insisted on my legal entitlement to a FULL refund. Despite constantly reminding the seller to refund the return postage, he declined not to. I requested it several more times, before advising I would enforce my legal rights formally. The seller ignored this, despite an impending small claims fee quadrupling what was already owed in postage. The seller was given further options to send the postage but didn’t. A court claim was taken out for the outstanding sum. The seller foolishly tried to defend the case, but knowing his argument was undependable, submitted, and refunded a sum fours times that of the original returns postage. BEWARE: this seller will try to avoid legal obligations such as refunding, and refunding in time. Avoid unless you can guarantee your purchase won’t be faulty.

Load of muppetry don't use.... Took my £249.99 on the 7th by the 9th had not hear anything from them and no phone ..... Contacted them and they said all your payments pending and was a little rude about it could not get a straight answer said my payment got to pass security which and new one to me.... Currently I'm down 249.99 and have no phone ... DON'T USE

My phone never arrived. I suppose it's primarily royal mails fault but fone giant have stepped out of the picture and now i have to deal with it. At the end of the day I paid fone giant and they have the responsibility to provide me with the product.

I would give this a 0 rating if it would of let me. Phone wouldn't switch on after 3 months, returned it and never herd anything back, they wouldn't even reply to my emails. Phoned them, only to be spoken to by someone who wouldn't give me the time of day. It is now a month since I sent the phone away and I haven't been told what is wrong with the phone or if it will be replaced. Terrible service!

Ordered a phone that was described as Grade A, unlocked and in immaculate condition. When it arrived the LCD had bright white patches on it that were mostly noticeable on a white background and the phone was locked, not unlocked as was advertised. I contacted them as I didn't consider this to be immaculate condition and to tell them the phone was locked. When they came back they said they would send me instructions on how to unlock the phone in the next 24-48 hours and offered free headphones to make up for the issue with the LCD which I found to be an unacceptable offer and told them I wanted a replacement phone instead. When they didn't get back to me I called them and they said I could send it back but that Grade A phones do have some minor signs of use and wouldn't accept that if you list something as immaculate it should not have ANY signs of use. They then told me they could exchange it but that I would have to pay the return postage because they didn't consider the issue to be a fault with the phone and they also could not assure me that the replacement phone would be in immaculate condition, so I told them that in that case I would just send the phone back for a refund. They then emailed me the next day to tell me that they could in fact send me a replacement phone with a perfect screen and I responded that I would accept it as long as it was in immaculate condition and I sent the phone back that same day by next day delivery. After hearing nothing from them for 4 days afterwards, I emailed them to ask what was happening and the response was that a replacement phone would be sent to me in 1-3 days which is pretty poor when they will send out new orders the same day if you order before 2pm but I had to wait on my replacement for a week. I decided I'd had enough of this company and asked for a refund. I also did not like their impersonal approach and starting every email to me with "Dear Customer" and not putting a name at the end of the email. Not a company I'd like to deal with again.
