Awful. Do NOT recommend! Purchased a Samsung which was faulty, the device has now been returned however I am still waiting for a refund. Poor company and Poor contact with customers. Do not buy from fonegiant!!

Returned a faulty Samsung phone nearly a month ago after attempts to get my money back I am still waiting no communication very poor will be escalating the matter through PayPal to get a refund.

So an update on the con company, still a surley no contact, no phone.... As it was returned recorded delivery, and from their point, no refund. I forrunately bought via PayPal so have sought my money back. There is no way that I would want this company to havey card details. Do not buy from FoneGiant if you value your money. You will not et the product you want, if at all and will not be communicated with. Worst experience I have ever had in buying.

I ordered a phone on 1st June 2019. It arrived and stopped working within two hours. I contacted phone giant who sent video link to YouTube to unlock. It didn't work. So I arranged to send the phone back via tracked delivery. It's now 1st July 2019. I have no phone, no refund and have had no contact for a fortnight. Avoid, at all costs. Absolute con artists.

Seems like a pattern is emerging here. I ordered a phone in 1st June. It arrived and was locked within two hours of receiving it. I contacted FoneGiant who sent a link to a YouTube video to unlock it. It didn't work. I arranged to send the phone back tracked. So I could tell when it was received. So it is 1st July and I have no phone, no refund and no response. I only ordered because there appeared to be a high feedback rating, but I'm doubting it's true. Avoid at all costs.

The phone I bought doesn't work properly. The screen is having a lot of problems, doesn't turn off while on call and cause you to touch the menus. It doesn't rotate and the screen light doesn't work on auto. They didn't respond to my email and messages sent on the website. I'm feeling the I've been scammed. They advertised the phone in "excelent condition".

Terrible customer service. Placed an order on the 10 June for a Huawei P20 Lite. Phoned on the 11th of June to confirm if the phone would be delivered next day as promised I was promised this would be the case. After the 13th June I received an email with a tracking code that was false, I then phoned again on the 14th and was told it was with Royal Mail. After the weekend I contacted the company to be told it was with Royal Mail and its their problem, but ho does that make sense when I was given a tracking code that was not showing up on the system? The lady I spoke to put the phone down 3 times and again each time told me the phone was with Royal Mail, after I pressed she then asks when I placed the order and proceeds to blame a myriad of other reasons. Avoid this company at all costs

Hi, Over a week ago, I have sent an email to Fonegiant, still had no reply regarding the fact that they are selling imported phone without informing the buyer, The issue with this situation is I can no longer use samsung pay with the Samsung Note 9 that I have purchase.

I ordered an unlocked sony xperia xz , it arrived 4 days later not unlocked at all- they took my money, the phone was also faulty, the charger could not fit in the charging port, I called them, it was like speaking to a brick wall, i mailed them, no response , I have tried numerous times to get them to answer my messages and calls, I am out of pocket now, I have returned the phone to them but whats the betting they say they did not receive it, anyway i`ll contact my bank and see what they say..

Advertised a phone as in stock for next day delivery, took payment, then said it wasn't in stock. I rang the next day to be told that another would be sent out and I would have it next day, but again didn't turn up and tried to fob me off with a phone with scratched screen after paying for one in excellent condition. These people lied to me twice. Now I've got to sort out a refund, luckily I paid by paypal

The phone I ordered came in good time. However, there are intermittent problems with the screen (which weren't obvious initially) - it frequently changes brightness and flickers which us very annoying. Fonegiant have not responded to my online query or a seperate email to customer services. Their phone line is not open during evenings or weekends so I have not been able to call yet. I will keep trying but I'm very unimpressed and will not be recommending them to anyone.

Hi The reason why your order was cancelled because you have used a fraudulent card details for payment. This order have been cancelled further more you have attempted you use another fraudulent card on 11 November on our Website and on 3th November you made payment via PayPal which was reserved by paypal as fraudulent transaction.

Absolutely appalling company, DO NOT USE FONEGIANT. I ordered a phone in August, which was not in stock. They sent the wrong phone with half the GB memory I ordered in October as a replacement, without any refund (granted, there was a misunderstanding and I take partial responsibility for that), so I returned the phone to them as advised. They received it 2 weeks ago and still haven't sent a replacement, and they do not respond to phone calls or email. They are refusing to refund me the £170 I paid in August (it's now November and I still do not have a phone), because it has been 'more than 14 days since I ordered' - even though it was almost 2 months before they sent the (wrong) phone! Shocking customer service. I still do not have a phone, and I have not been refunded either.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!. I bought a Samsung note 3 after one week it stopped charging. So I emailed them and complained. They said they would send a new one out to me. I sent the phone back at my own expense. The company then proceed to send me back the same phone saying they had fixed it. Nothing had changed. Phone was still not charging I believe they didn't even look at it because it was so obvious it wasn't working. I then sent the phone back, again at my own expense. I then proceeded to ask for a refund as it had only been two weeks and the phone came with a 3 month warranty. The company did not give me a straight answer and I have now sent numerous Emails requesting a refund and they have not responded so I'm left with no option but to pursue my refund through the small claims court. The company is a joke and have zero customer skills. I have been more than fair with them as this has been going on over a month now and is still not resolved. So if you are reading this don't spend a penny here..take your money elsewhere this place is awefull.

I purchased a refurbished smartphone from fonegiant yesterday. Today I have received an email from someone, unconnected with fonegiant except that he has also bought a phone from fonegiant. Well, it seems fonegiant has sent someone else my phone with my details included in the packaging! A simple error perhaps of putting the phone in the wrong package, but seriously, my 5 year old can match up cards with the right envelope. How hard can it be?
