Excuses saying it was down to Christmas why it hasn't come after 2 weeks, and I couldn't track it even calling royal mail to track it for me they said it either hadn't been sent or the tracking number was wrong.

They have sent me the wrong phone ( a cheaper on ) they explained via email: Dear Customer, We are sorry for the inconvenience as we were out of stock on the Moto X force. The specifications are very similar with for the Moto X series, the only difference is a little bigger battery. Kind Regards, Fonegiant I have explained to them that the screen type and size is different, along with the battery , and the processor. I am waiting for an email and a new phone, but they have gone silent. ...

I ordered a phone, they took the money from my Paypal account. I had to ring to find out that the phone was not in stock. I am now waiting for a Paypal refund. The service was not deserving of a single star.

Having read good reviews, I decided to give them a try. Royal Mail accidentally delivered the device to a nearby Kebab shop (who claims they never got it) and asked me to contact the seller directly. When I contacted them (on Tuesday) they said they would file a claim get back to me within 48 hours. I didn't receive a call on Thursday, so I attempted ringing them on Friday. My call was being cut and an automated message said that I couldn't leave a voicemail that I should try again later. Calling after the weekend (Monday) they told me they were waiting to hear from Royal Mail, to contact them in 3 days. When I asked for a copy of the claim, they said they don't have it and would require a day or two to get it. Asking to speak to a manager, I was told that I can't. When I asked specifically whether they had filed a claim, he said he can't confirm. Further inquiring as to what they were waiting on, he was stuttering and told me that he could not help me anymore!! That's £100 down the drain, I'm grateful that I still have chargeback rights thanks to MasterCard

Phone quickly broke, was then informed this wasn't covered by the warranty due to an unrelated issue which left me heavily out if pocket. I would advise to avoid and use a more reputable and respectable company

Absolutely appalling experience with FoneGiant. I purchased a second hand device from them in decent working order. Within a few months it had completely broken, apparently caused by a known defect in a very specific LG model (the one they sold me). LG customer support they could do nothing because it is bought second hand. So I contact fonegiant support asking to see their warranty. They respond EXTREMELY SLOWLY (sometimes taking weeks/ months at a time) eventually assuring me that LG will repair the device. This is incorrect advice. I continue to pursue things with fonegiant, at which point they tell me the warranty has expired and can do nothing for me. To be clear - this was months after I first ask to see the warranty pertaining to my device (to which I had no response) and after them evidently stalling over several emails. FoneGiant have scammed money from me. Diabolical customer service after providing me with a faulty phone, then purposefully wasting time until after your 'warranty' expires (which you STILL haven't shown me) is extreme malpractice. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order for an 'immaculate' Sony Xperia XA on February 27th 2017 (Order #100006383). The phone came with a coupe of scratches on the sides and on the main camera -which made most photos look blurry. After 3 months, some of the pixels on the screen started to appear a bit darker, like "burned". On the fourth month the phone screen was practically 'burned' on both sides. Also, the camera started failing to focus and on occasion, the phone got stuck while taking a photo and I had to restart it. I contacted Fonegiant regarding these issues and shipped the phone over to them, but they replied that 'this was caused due to heat damage, sun or heat source and it is not covered under warranty and I have voided my warranty so the item will be shipped back to me'. I never let my phone close to any kind of heat source or the sun and always kept in on a case in other protected areas inside my bag. Fonegiant just stopped replying to my e-mails after that point. I am very disappointed with the purchase and customer service as I am currently stuck with an 'immaculate refurbished' phone with burned screen, blurry photos which often gets stuck.

Please beware of this company. On Saturday 22/07/2017 I purchased a phone via their website, the money was removed from my paypal account immediately . The phone was sold as next day delivery. On the following Tuesday the phone still hadn't arrived so I phoned them to enquire. I was told that the phone was out of stock so I could choose a different phone. I asked if I had not contacted them, would they gave contacted me to inform me of this. I also asked to speak to the manager, (I was informed it was as Ali Khan) he apparently was not available for me to speak to! Please beware of this company.

They sent me a faulty phone and when I returned it and tried to get a replacement or money back they sent me this: Our technician have examined the phone in details We have noticed the screen and Home button have been replaced and the phone have been tempered with. This void the warranty completely and we believe using PayPal claim process is unfair and not justifiable However we are willing to offer refund but we have minus the cost of the repair needed for this phone We hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible Looking for forward to hear from you - M&C Solutions (UK) LTD, Wednesday, 28 June 2017 at 15:25:57 No sense at all just a scam!

It's a money scam! Don't use I ordered an iPhone it arrived with a broken middle button, I sent it back that day and asked for a replacement. Over a week later they replied via PayPal (after numerous attempts to get an informative response via email and phone), they replied "I will only refund a small refund (-£100) of the original amount, as I had replaced the middle button and screen? why would I do that?!!! Won't give me a working phone or my money!!

I ordered a Blackberry Classic, which was described on the FoneGiant website as 'unlocked' with delivery in 1-2 days. As I needed the phone to arrive quickly, I thought this phone would be perfect. After a week, however, it hadn't arrived. I contacted FoneGiant by e-mail and was told that the phone was actually locked and they were waiting for an unlock code. It therefore took two weeks for the phone to arrive. I've asked FoneGiant to compensate me for misdescribing the item and the late arrival, but they have refused to do so, stating that 'delays can happen'. But the item was misdescribed, and I bought it under false pretences as it wasn't unlocked at the point of purchase. As a result, I would not buy from them again.

I had a great experience with the first phone I ordered however with the second one there seems to have been an ordering glitch and I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for simple iPhone 16Gb. No one picks up the phone and the answerphone message says "You can't leave a message call back later!" I have also received only one email a day for the last three days each time telling me they re looking into it.

Samsung Gear VR was missing the USB type C connector to attach it to the Samsung phone, seller was very unhelpful blaming me for not researching the product saying it didn't come with it which is untrue. 3 weeks later had to pay to send it back.

My phone arrived 2 days late and was locked to Vodaphone. I was promised an unlock code within 48 hours, that was 4 working days ago. I currently own a very expensive paper weight, I am not impressed.

The phone I purchased was classed as a Category B .It certainly should have not been classed as a B. I returned it as the ear piece was faulty and there was a cover missing on the side. Three weeks later and I am still trying to get a refund. I would advise going elsewhere. If I had bought this phone off ebay I would have been refunded by now.

Bought a Samsung S4mini as my last one stopped working. Delivery was quick and i was initially very happy. Within a few months this phone also stopped working. I've had to buy a completely different phone as I've now had 3 Samsung 4s mini phones and all have presented with the same problem refusing to turn on.
