Was sold a faulty phone, was replaced with another faulty phone, then conviently lost by courier when asked to refund, said they were only covered for £50 if lost in post, then didnt even receive that, do not touch with a barge poll

I ordered an 'immaculate' phone; it was far from immaculate - it was scratched on the back and has chips all over the front. I messaged fone giant who seemingly thought I was enquiring to buy so they responded immediately with links to their store etc. When I explained that I had already made a purchase that was not as advertised they have completely ignored me. It's been a week now with no contact. Save up the extra and buy brand new from someone reputable, I won't buy 'refurbished' ever again.

Really disappointed and I've waited long enough for you to rectify so I could just mark it down as bad luck on my part. Paid extra 10GBP to have phone delivered to Spain. Told no problem. No sign of phone after 7 days - now told it takes 10 days. No sign of phone after 13 days - now told it takes 15-20 days. Phone arrives on day 21 - with no free sim or charger as advertised. I don't care about the sim but ask to buy charger myself and be refunded for the cost. Told no, a charger will be sent to me. 3 days later it arrives to the billing (wrong) address, which is no use to me. Ask to speak to management but that request was ignored. Told another charger is on it's way. That was the 17th of February and the charger still hasn't arrived. I presume you never sent it. Naturally, I gave up a long time ago. The moral of the story: if you need your phone withing two months, look elsewhere.

Dear Customer Apologies for the delay All EU deliveries are are charged at £10 as standard, We did ship the item using premium signed for delivery and unfortunately we do have any control over delivery time frame to Spain. They send me stolen phone which is according them there supplier send them which is not there fault but staff very good and they refund me straight away staff very polite and helpful

Actually I have a problem with my phone. Since I received it I often found that after a minute or so the audio would distort and break up and then the line would drop. Initially I thought maybe to signal repeater box that orange installed in my house was the cause of this problem. They sent a new signal box and problem is still there. I find that even when out of the house in a known good signal strength area I often get exactly the same problem. I want to return my phone and exchange it for another. Fonegiant is crap,don't bother,phone came in Jiffy bag on its own,no box or anything,had numerous problems,lost all photos etc,avoid like the plague!

Delivery not on time which cost me time and money. Phone screen smashed, impossible to remove sticker on the back, hair in sides, muck between button. No compensation for money I have had to waste rectifying the issue. Thankfully your customer services team have been very prompt showing me how to return and reclaim my money.

Very very bad customer service. The phone was not unlocked when I got it. And it is not working well I am thinking of sending it back for a refund. I am not in any way satisfied.

Item not as described and incomplete order. Tried contacting customer service, apparently no one's there... Looking into others reviews, this merchant isn't bothered with customers problems. Apparently they only ignore all the costumers that are victims or their frauds.

I bough a Phone labelled as "pristine" 10 out of 10 rate. and ordered with a "free" SIM card. The phone arrived with a massive bump on the top corner (I'll say previous owner dropped it) There was a similar phone on a 7 rate (wear an tear) and that was about a 25% cheaper. I didn't got the SIM card, so I have to rush out of work in to a supermarket to get one. not free. Send an email to the seller, the week it's over, not even an acknowledge message. I can see all the 5 and 4 star ratting, and I can only think this people relay in luck, and if anything goes wrong, they just ignore you. Like they've done to me. I would never again even look at this seller and I will recommend to sensitive people to stay away from this scammers. Horrible experience. Very disappointed with costumer service (should I say nonexistent) they won't even bother with excuses.

This phone for a start was in unacceptable condition. i knew that i was buying a grade C phone. but this was more like grade E condition. Recently I have noticed the vibrate function doesn't even work. Today, the phone ran out of battery. When i turned it on, it came up with an error message saying HTC sense has stopped working. This is the 3rd time this has happened since I bought the phone. Every time a factory reset has to be done and I lose all my data on my phone. Please advise how i can return this phone for a refund, or a swap for a working phone. even if i need to pay extra.

I can give just one star for this company. For customer service they was very polite and helpful. Unfortinitely, I didnt get phone. Because, when they send my a phone it was locked. In the phones description was said phone is unlocked.Later they send my unlocked code, but still phone doesnt working. So, I have to return phone to them. They said that they will send my another one, but at the end they cancel the order and return my money back. All this process last three weeks. I am dissapointed of Fone Giant. And suggest for others think teice before buy from this company. And for company I suggest to check the phones before send them for customers, because this was companies mistake.

Sent me the black note 4 when i ordered the white one, also says white in the delivery note. Ive tried contacting fonegiant but customer service non existant. Will never use again, will not recommend.

I was sent a phone that wouldn't update and had to return it for fixing which took way too long so had to return it after an unacceptable wait Still waiting for a refund of postage.
