“Although the sent the wrong Ipad out, 16gb instead of 32gb, the remedial response was excellent. Quick reply - option for a discount or exchange - I took the exchange - return post label sent immediatly, posted it on Monday, 32gb Ipad recieved today Thursday. When things go wrong, that's when you find out the calibre of the company you're dealing with - FoneGiant passed with flying colours - Well done guys.”

“The website was clearly laid out with concise descriptions of the phones on sale and prices. Having selected a phone, delivery was prompt and the phone was exactly as described on the website - in fact apart from the seal on the box being broken, the phone looked brand new and unused. I have used the phone daily since receiving it and it works perfectly. I will go back to this supplier when I want to update my phone.”
