“My original Oder was unavailable.the staff were able to fee omens a suitable replacement and despatch the item the same day.Click and Collect service very reliable. Happy to recommend to friends and will certainly use the service again”

“We ordered a visor but was sent a hat . We were very disappointed as it was a present . We must say they acted quickly and rectified very quickly and gave us the hat to keep as a sorry . These things happen happy customer.”

“Foremost were fantastic. I dealt with a guy named Sam who was very helpful. I was also under time constraint to get the item before going on holiday. In order to accommodate he personally brought me the item that evening so that I would have it in time. Quality of the product was great and I couldn't of asked for better service. Would definitely use again. Thanks!”

“First time using Foremost. Great! that they had the product i wanted.. The Website listing was incorrect when i purchased. i clicked on and ordered a black and red trolley bag and it came up on the order confirmation as just black. So had to email in to confirm i get red and black (TBC as i've not picked it up yet so it might be wrong) Got an email on Monday 30th saying bag is being dispatched..... And then nothing... Had to call the golf course on the Thursday (Today) where i had it sent to to see if they had it. After a search around the store room they confirmed they had it. Was sent on Tuesday but no one knew what it was about or who it was for???? Poor with the communication on that front. Great concept but bad communication. Not sure i will use again if this is how it works. Wil collect my bag tonight. Not sure if it will be the right one or what condition it is in. As they didn't know what it is or who its for it might be opened up and fingered by their staff... to me IF thats the case its not a new bag. WE will see. Average customer satisfaction :( Jon”
