“Delivery of the items was excellent. Sadly, I feel the trousers were not true to the picture advertised. They were baggy and I wanted a slimmer fit. Now I am unsure of returns procedure. I can see the address etc but I want clarification on what else to attach, if anything, so you know I'm returning them for refund. The telephone numbers are all Mon-Fri with no weekend contacts.”
