“I cannot fault the service received that included a telephone conversation seeking a certain umbrella(end of line) that had been incorrectly taken off your site. The person I spoke to identified the problem, put the umbrella back on the site and voila! All was well and the sale proceeded perfectly. Well done. Colin Hinkins”

“Excellent service. Ordered club on Friday and was delivered first thing on the Saturday morning. Club was £10 more expensive than most other sites but I had a discount voucher for £20.”

“The product is as described and I am content with it and the price paid. However the courier used is poor. Other couriers provide a time span for delivery but not these and even though they had my mobile number they didn't use it but left the parcel with a neighbour.”

“The Dryjoy shoes came at a good price and I was impressed by the speed and efficiency of the Click and Collect system. Buying shoes over the internet can be potentially tricky in terms of fitting but I have had good experience of Footjoy sizing before and was confident that these would be correctly sized. They were immediately comfortable, and felt both strong and flexible. There is a one year guarantee on the waterproofing, but I expect that the shoes will last much longer than that.”

“Had a gift voucher giving £20 off minimum spend of £100, and discovered that a £99.99 purchase via the website did not qualify. This took a couple of 'phone calls to clarify, both of which were handled with the greatest of courtesy, but to no avail. However, the purchase was increased above £100, and the transaction then went most expeditiously, the fully satisfactory goods arriving just a couple of days later.”

“The price was good in relation to American Golf and Direct Golf i.e. cheaper the delivery would have been better i.e. a day or two earlier.the club was good with out having been able to practice before playing I think the putter will be a good addition to my bag. Peter Wilmot”
