Sam Brooks extremely knowledgable and helpful with very quick email replies to my queries and at the end of the telephone when I needed to ask more. His help and advice was great. “Starting an online account was more difficult than expected and took at least three attempts to get sorted. One more failure and the idea would have been binned and another retailer would have benefitted. I needed a specific spec(2 degrees up) which wasn't available on the selected list, so i left a request for help. Received phone call following day from formost pro who promised to handle my order correctly. Received goods yesterday as requested happy with purchase, but not the set up procedure and the ability to request custom spec on line which was easy with my local pro previously.”

“Staff were brilliant as Mark came to me quick and contacted the courier fast when the order was wrong. Courier was poor as it was supposed to be delivered 3 different times and never came. I was told I'd get free golf balls for my patience but alas, it was not the case. Finally got the driver though which is good. Not the best service I've had though as ended up not getting anything for my patience and probably wouldn't use the service again which is a shame as they have the club's I like... :(.”
