“I have not received my refund yet for items returned 2 months ago and I have used their contact form, emailed them and rang them but no response. My refund is nearly £200 . I will be pursuing this issue.”

“Echoing all the other reviews, this company is awful. Waited 3 months on a refund and thats only because Klarna chased them up after I paused payment to them. Exchanged so many emails to them and went through and online resolver company to get generic responses back. Pity because their clothing is beautiful and great quality. All I can say is, if you're ordering, make sure your positive of the fit so you don't need to deal with any returns”
“Like all the reviews before I am STILL waiting for a refund. I wish I'd read all the reviews before I'd placed my order. I've used the company before and remember that it did previously take longer than other retailers but it was nowhere near as long as I have been waiting this time.

I returned my items to them over a month ago £197 worth of good, received notification my refund would be processed in 14 days, klarma are now chasing me for payment, I've sent 5 emails, 3 messages to Forever Unique and called their office, no-one ever answers the phone, the number cuts you off it's a premium rate number and it cost me £17 on calls !!! Shame on you!!!!!”
“After reading several reviews this has confirmed my disbelief & doubts regarding my refund. I have been WAITING for my REFUND since returning my order on May 24th 2023 & it is now nearing the end of July! This is appalling & disgusting that I am yet to still receive this! I was sent an acknowledgement email to confirm that you had received my order & that my refund would be processed within 14 days, yet still no refund. It amazes me that this company is still on all social platforms & getting "influencers" to promote their company. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! I ordered 2 sizes in the same dress for an event at the races because I have never ordered from here before & was unsure on the fit. I sent one size back but didn't expect to still be waiting, I did this through Klarna thankfully so all payments are paused at this moment in time but it is not the point & I want this cleared. It wouldn't surprise me if this was one of the clothing company's caught out for fraud in CHEATHAMHILL that was aired on ITV News recently. One word of advice.. Think twice about ordering from here!”
“Absolutely appalling customer service, so quick to take your money but when it comes to a refund it’s non existent! Send an email and immediately receive a reply to say they are dealing with it yet 2 months later and further emails sent still NO. Refund! Avoid at all costs!!”

“I am still waiting for a refund 8 weeks after they have received my order back in to the warehouse, which they sent me an acknowledged email back . They emailed me 2 weeks ago advising that they are extremely busy due to the high return volume back in to the warehouse but I should have my money in my account in 5 working days. “I am still waiting for a refund 6 weeks after they have received my order back that was sent back to them immediately as it was too big still with labels attached. They acknowledged they had received it back by email . They are ignoring any emails and when phoning them on their premium number or standard rate number the phone cuts off and says they are busy. How are they still trading when they are ignoring customers and keeping our money !”
