I ordered 2 dresses 4th April the money was removed from my pay pal they didn't arrive until last week4th May. I had to email to find out where the order was! No contact at all from yourselves. The quality is shocking and cheap. Hem stitching is awful the price is totally inflated for this type of quality.

Took to long for my shirt to arrive. I ordered March an didn't arrived 8 weeks later... Winter shirt but now its Summer. Not good service at all.

Was told my pre order would arrive at the end of March. Did not receive my order at the end of March and when I queried this it took ages for someone to get back to me, I then persisted to ask where my item was, very slow reply, seeing as I paid £50 for this item you would think someone would have informed me that my item was going to be late, I then had to ask for discount I wasn’t given/offered a discount at my inconvenience. Anyway I have only just received my item beginning of May and I am not happy with the service I have received

My dress has multiple rips at the seam. For an expensive dress you dont expect that.

Had an email to say dress would be delivered on Friday. Made a journey to pick up point and it hadn't arrived. Two days later and still not heard anything although money has been taken from my account. Fingers crossed I will receive it tomorrow as I need it for Wednesday. Not happy.

Ordered 2 blouses with collar bows, no one informed me that only 1 blouse was in stock and I would have to wait for the other 1, so I was surprised when only 1 was delivered but the money for the total order had been debited from my account. The blouse that was delivered was extremely poor quality. The sizing is a joke, one needs to order at least 2 sizes larger than normal. The bow was missing, one of the buttons was broken and the material was what I would have expected if purchasing from a cheap market stall. No returns label supplied so upon contacting Firever Unique I was informed that I would have to down load a link that they would send to my email and print the label off myself. Absolutely no use to anyone who doesn’t have access to a computer or printer. Had to contact Forever Unique twice to remind them to forward the link. The returns are free but the standard postage for delivery of the goods is £4.95, which is not refunded even if the goods are faulty, outrageous! I will definitely not be using this company again.

The dress I ordered was not sent and a completely different dress arrived and when I emailed about it I didn’t get any response. I am returning the item - updated on 23rd May - I returned the incorrect dress almost 3 weeks ago, still well within the return time and have yet to receive any kind of a refund even after numerous emails to both the individual that helped me and to customer services - please be very wary of ordering from this website as you have no way of knowing if and when your money will be refunded should you return an item.

The quality of the fabric of my last three orders is absolutely awful. As I have wasted over £20 on delivery and when the items turn up they look nothing like the website it has put me off ordering again

So so disappointed.. waited so long for this to come back into stock.. got an email alert and ordered it quick.. one button missing and two others hanging by a thread. Feel I’ve been given a return. My dressmaker friend is sorting it for me as I’m going away tomor. Did expect more.. not sure I would order again :(

Too small!! Ordered largest size but still too small (I am a 16) I have friends who don't buy from FU because they have reputation of only stocking smaller sizes. It's a shame because the blouses are lovely.

I.ve order size S in denim jacket but receive size M so have to send it back and the return label you have to print on it’s own.I don’t have a printer at home so have to go to cafe shop to do that.Not a good experience

I ordered goods totalling over £100 last week and when I was enetering the code for free delivery it wouldn’t accept if I copied and pasted or manually keyed it in therefore I was charged. I have emailed twice and tweeted them and I have got no reply !

What went right? 5 mistakes in total by a member of your staff who packed my parcel worse customer service I’ve ever had in my life online! 1st There was 7 bags in parcel instead of 8 2nd No black bodycon dress 3rd No blue and red shirt 4th A horrible skirt and jacket in one bag I never ordered 5th I ordered a long sleeved grey lace up jumper and got a short sleeved grey top! Absolute disgrace I will never order anything else from Forever Unique I ordered lots of stuff off Lavish Alice the same time and everything with them was perfect. Think about it whoever packed that did that many mistakes and different ones at that imagine how many customers they could also do this with I certainly would not want this person working for me they obviously can’t do their job so so so poor it’s unbelievable. I rang and spoke to Lauren a manager at Forever Unique and she was so nice and couldn’t believe what had happened and said she would sort it all out for me.

The Quality of the Blazer was poor ! There were threads loose everywhere , I don’t think this is your product at all , as I’ve bought a lot of things from you and they have been excellent! I’m sending it back , I have requested an exchange and asked to be checked before it’s sent out . Very disappointed.
