I ordered a crystal t shirt the item is damaged .. crystal missing ! Very disappointed I will be returning on Monday

Really poor quality, extremely disappointed, terrible loose stitching. Will need to return. Shame as a lovely dress but unwearable.

I sent my items back two weeks ago and despite sending numerous emails to customer services for an update I’ve still not heard anything. I didn’t think the quality of all three items were worth the money either.

I ordered the Imogen feather dress to wear for an event as it looked beautiful online. It arrived 3 days later and I was extremely disappointed. For nearly £500 the dress looked as though it cost £20 to make. The fabric was cheap, it was sewn badly, and it didn’t even have a hem. Obviously I returned it the same day. Now here is where the problems start - Returns are made as difficult as possible. Instead of a prepaid returns label you have to create an account online, then go onto the Royal Mail website to then print a label out yourself. Now, despite the fact that I returned the item weeks ago, and the tracking shows they received it 2 weeks ago, I am still battling to get my money back. I have emailed 5 times and had no reply. I have called 6 times and had no help either. Luckily I paid via PayPal so I have now had to try and claim back the money through them. Appalling service - AVOID. (I gave 1 star because there wasn’t the option to give none)

Have to say very unimpressed with this company! Emailed customer service 4 days ago, no reply, then get an unrelated email saying "great news" your order will be delivered tomorrow ( last Thursday) didn't arrive, still hasn't and order now shows complete! No dress no contact and £70 out of my bank with nothing to show for it.

This is my first time ordering from you - firstly it took a long time 5- 28 June but that’s ok as I expected it. The dress is really poor quality- for £70 I do not expect thin unlined nylon/polyester with loos threads everywhere and overlooking that’s just run over the seams! The fit was also bad, shapeless and nothing like the pictures! I wouldn’t order from you again I’m afraid

The dress I ordered for my birthday back in may was on pre order for dispatch on 18th June,my birthday was 23rd of June and when I called customer services to ask why the dispatch date had changed to the 22nd June on the website I was told it had always been the 22nd! Why would I order a dress for the 23rd if the dispatch was the 22nd? But still told I was wrong! The dress arrived today (25th) will be sending back!

There is no way to contact customer servoce. Emails bounce back even via your online form. I have not received my item and do not know how to get in touch with you. The tracking used by your courier doesn't work and I'm desperately looking for assistance. Can anyone get in touch with me please? Thanks

Dress ordered showed as in stock online then after ordered the email confirmation stated it was pre order. Arrived weeks after I ordered it, money already out of my account and despite three attempts to contact forever unique I have heard nothing from them. Shocking customer service, incredible poor and I won’t be using them again.

My dress was on pre order. The payment was taken from my account at time of order, but I was unable to track the progress and was not provided any feedback. The dress was received 4 weeks after ordering and returned once received as it arrived too late.

Having waited a month for a dress it has a prominent black mark on it. Having had several conflicting messages from DPD about delivery I phoned them, was not given the option of speaking to anyone and was charged £6 for a pre recorded message - they will not refund the £6 but have urged me to ask you to complain about a failure in service

Ordered dress on 27th April for an event on 12th June - dress arrived on 14th June and it was a poor fit and cheap nylon material with no stretch whatsoever in the lining making it extremely uncomfortable to sit or walk in . Sending it back .

The quality of the tan polka dot dress is horrible. It sticks to your body, the material is very cheap and the stitching is poor. Not what i expect for such an expensive dress. It’s not even Primark quality...its worse so i will be returning.

I actually saw the Tan Polka dot pretty woman dress on a celeb. So much so, that i ordered and waited for it to arrive a month later because it was so in demand! Excited to receive the dress, it quickly turned to a huge disaapointment. I am assuming that due to demand of this item, there was a huge production of them and the quality checks were clearly not taken. Firstly, poor quality of fabric that had a pinkest tone running through some of the cream polka dots every so often. The stitching was overun on the straps, part of the fabric was not finished off correctly and hung off. Lastly, i spent almost 1/2 hour cutting off threads that were hanging off the the fabric due to the poor quality on the finish, something that could have been avoided if it had gone through quality checks. To explain my disappointment i did speak to someone at Forever Unique who appreciated my disappointment and kindly offered me 20% off without even me asking. As much as I appreciated the good gesture, I was more interested in having an item that was perfect and of good quality. It was my first order with Forever Unique, I was hoping to place further orders but it has left me in two minds. Sorry Forver Unique but as a frequent on line shopper this has left a disappointing shopping experience.

still not received order. not sure where it is, i cannot track it. no reply to emails from Forever Unique. Hopefully order will arrive in next few days to avoid going through reimbursement via credit card company, I will not order with you again.
