“Very very disappointed i got sent the wrong dress and then said they sent mine out promising to deliver before 10 30am wednesday as I needed it for ladies day at york races. then to be told it's not getting delivered till thursday. Great !”

“I ordered a blazer and received a pair of trousers !!! The blazer I was told was then out of stock and I was expected to wait 10 days for a refund , pay for the return postage then send a copy of receipt to get it back in 10 days this is all after I was told the customer service girl was going to phone me back , she didn’t so I had another phone call with a girl named Beth who was much nicer and tried her best to deal with my problem even got an apology . This was the first time I had ordered with your company. Not looking good for any future business from me. I order a lot from the internet and have never had poor service like this before . I hope Beth for fills her promise and then maybe my opinion will change.”

“My jeans arrived in poor condition, they had a hole down the side of the leg which looked as though it had been attempted to be stitched up previously.. then slightly further down the leg again the seam was also starting to come away. It’s a shame as I loved the look of the jeans and they fitted well when I tried them on however they were falling apart!”

“Disappointed. Fabric cheap and thin , dress really poorly made and I ordered a size 12 , it only just fits my size 12 daughter trying to return goods but that’s not easy either , have to go on line and print a label ... I don’t have a working printer currently ... too much effort won’t order from this company again”

“You advertised a skirt let me pay for it, took my money and then told me i couldnt buy it as it wasnt available anymore. there were no more available. Not very good service for my first order and false advertisement. What a disappointment x”

“one of my dresses smells so badly of smoke like someone has worn ! and it has the label on with the ribbon ! its obvious someone has worn and out ribbon back on. unacceptable ! I'm NOT IMPRESSED FOREVER UNIQUE !”

“Ordered a red grilled jumpsuit, it didn’t suit me so I returned it from the post office, tracked the return item it shows that the item has been received. I have been trying to ring the phone number serveral times but it rings for a while and cuts off.”

“If I could give zero stars I would. No wonder younge girls have eating disorders. Ordered the white leopard print satin blouse in an XL and it doesn’t go near me! Nothing ‘oversized’ about it. So disappointed by this brand that is all about ‘empowering women’.”

“Dress arrived strap broken and button not attached. For a £75 dress which looked amazing in the photo the quality was very poor. Disappointed as was sure this was going to be a perfect party dress”
