“Ordered a blazer and the size and colour was clearly in stock but was sent the wrong colour blazer which i feel is very poor Quality Assurance and this should have been checked against mu order carefully. Now i have the hassle of sending it back due to their error.”

“Have bought many items from Forever Unique over the years and have always been very happy with my purchases. The clothes were always of good quality , delivered quickly and packaged well. Since they have introduced the ‘ cheaper range ‘ the quality is inferior , delivery hit and miss and general service very poor. I understand you get what you pay for but I’ve just received a black dress with tassels and it is an absolute mess.Some of the tassels are knotted, some longer than others ,some are stitched together and some aren’t.I chose next day delivery as the website advised I’d get a 1 hour delivery slot , didn’t get any notification of my delivery time ,rang customer service twice and was told it would be delivered that day.Stayed in all day and I didn’t turn up ! This happened on a previous order also. Anyway , the dress has been returned and I won’t be ordering again.”

“I will be sending my purchase back I’m afraid as it was not the make forever unique and the material was not as good as I expected. It was too big even though it was my size and any smaller would be too short. I have foreve unique dresses which I have wore a number of times and had for many years as they are a statement piece. I think if you have other brands you should advertise them as not forever unique and the price should reflect this.”

“Very poor service I normally get a confirmation email as soon as I will purchase a product but, this time I have not received till 2 days after my purchase . I paid for express delivery which was told in 2 days I will receive my dress but, 2 days passed and I still have not received it yet. I am not happy at all with the service”

“I hate writing negative reviews but feel on this occasion I must, I was so looking forward to receiving my 4 dresses that I ordered for my holiday but on receipt fit, style and quality was very poor, zips didn't function easily which straightaway suggests poor quality. Also the garments where not all Forever Unique - had different labels on.”

“Ordered a dress, the wrong colour arrived. They did send out the correct colour the same day. The quality of the dress was extremely poor to say the least, certainly not an £80 dress. Both dresses returned today under the same label. Look forward to a full refund.”

“Quality of fabric on my shirt was poor. I shown my daughter and she asked if I brought it from primark. I brought her and outfit and there are stains on skirt. Not happy I will certainly tell my friends not to bother ordering again”

“On receiving 2 of 3 items, I was very disappointed to received them as there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, it was if the room I had put them in, someone had been smoking in it, I won’t be ordering from you again, I would like to return the items to you, the packaging it came in seemed to have been opened and the note that was in it was all crumped up”

“I ordered a dress for £200 it was reduced from £400. It arrived on time I wasn't pleased with the dress the quality was poor I was really disappointed I wish I had read reviews from other customers before I made the purchase. I will never order from this website again the dress is not worth £200 and I hope to get my refund asap.”

“Clothes are really poor quality i was actually quite shocked one shirt fell apart when opening package the broach completely fell of. Other 2 items were made so bad Stitching was falling apart and bits left uncut. The packaging is so poor, thrown in a bag no care ,items were so creased. I was disappointed so I sent all 3 items back and still awaiting refund. Very very poor. I hoped for a better experience and was left feeling ripped of . if you like primark u will love them if you want better quality at a decent price don’t bother .”
