“What happened to the quality of Forever Unique clothing?! It’s now boo hoo quality with a designer price tag. In addition delivery is expensive and next day delivery was late. The returns process is only free if you are able to print the label yourself or get to a designated Royal Mail office who will print it for you. This is not always easy as their machines play up and if you don’t have a printer then you’ll have to pay for the return. Why not just add a returns label for customers in the package? Im sorry to say but really not the best online shopping experience for me.”

“Sizing was awful. Bought a fur gilet in the sale size M. I'm normally a tall 10/12. This barely went round my shoulders. Quality was poor without but falling out. First experience and not warm to debuting. Getting the returns label was also a palaver. Make this easier for customers.”

“Appalling service, ordered on 24/11, dispatched 26/11, still haven’t revived my order (6/12) Sent numerous emails chasing this and the response was it needed to be collected from depot. I have had zero communication so no idea where/how to collect. After a further email to say it was being looking into I have been ignored for 2 days. Totally unacceptable service.”

“Disappointed ☹️ Ordered next day delivery at 8am and it turned up at 8pm the following evening at my work which was closed stating it had been left with a neighbour and a card had been left ( we have no letterbox) it took me from 9am - 12.30 the following day to locate my parcel and when I unpacked it ready to try on the tag was caught in the zip so could use it !!! Not happy”

“I was so excited about my silver dress in the sale at £60 down from £100 I’d had my eye on it for a while something for the Xmas party I thought. It arrived and what an absolute disappointment cheap fabric all out of vape due to packaging and flawed stitching throughout. Shocking for the price and the good name I thought forever unique to be. It had certainly put me off ordering again”

“Item received looked nothing like the picture. The size small more like a medium. Postage was 8.50e. and you pay to return the item. As an avid on- line shopper I will never shop with Forever Unique again. First and last time sadly.”
