I ordered my dress on Monday 25th March and paid extra for fast delivery as it was for a wedding on The Friday and the dress arrived at 11am on Friday 29th March. When I contacted customer service to chase on Wednesday 27th March I was told that the gown was pre order and wasn’t even in stock when I purchased so I don’t understand why you didn’t alert me? The experience was extremely stressful as I was leaving work at 1pm and the gown arrived at 11am which meant I didnt have time to try it before the event. Such a shame as I adore the gown but it’s put me off purchasing from you online in the future.

Hi Natalie All pre-order items are clearly displayed on the website with the expected delivery date. When you contacted our customer services team, they did the best to help resolve this issue and get the dress out to you asap. We hope we see you again soon!😁

Very disappointed ordered a dress to wear to an event tomorrow...arrived but front of dress damaged so now no opportunity to purchase anything else. Why are the items not checked before they are sent out. Very disappointing

Hi Jacqui Sorry to hear this, all items are checked ovèr at the factory and are routinely checked over in the warehouse. This fault may have been overlooked or become damaged whilst in transit. Please help to return back to us and we will refund on receipt.

Ordered my dress on pre-order on 17th February was charged £85 that day! Advertised as back in stock on Facebook so contacted on 17th march, and they sent it out straightaway- should have been sent without s prompt gave gad my money for 1 month! On the 20th March yodel allegedly tried to deliver but didn’t put card through the door and no alert on my ring doorbell. Changed address on 20 th March evening to work address as I am at work it’s 22nd and still no delivery. Have asked forever unique to contact me direct - no phone call yet and you can only email them no telephone number to sort this out. Same with yodel you can only online chat to a computer. Not a good service and would not order again ☹️ Sadly I have no confidence my £85 dress will turn up on Monday.

Dress eventually arrived. After being told it was out of stock then seeing it advertised I rang customer services to ask them to explain why the same dress was advertised but I still hadn’t received mine? She was very rude and didn’t really answer my question Poor quality dress which I have now returned. I’m hoping for a refund but that will probably take ages as well

Tan and polka dot dress was finally received after a lengthy wait. Unfortunately there is an area of lightened (like bleached) fabric in a prominent position in the middle of the dress which should obviously have been picked up by Quality Control in my opinion. I sent in 2 emails to customer services, with photographs, asking for an urgent exchange as the dress was for a wedding. No reply from Forever Unique. I called customer services who said to send it back but their system would not let them do an exchange and I would have to re-order. What online company works like this these days? A complete waste of my time - waiting for an advertised item to be in stock - after a 3 week wait, finally receiving a faulty item - sending 2 emails with no response - waiting on the phone for a nice lady to tell me there wasn’t anything they could do for me - having to print off my own labels to return an item. Very disappointing indeed.

The sweater is lovely, but every pompom has come off and had to be sewn back on. Very poor for this company, while it charges high prices.

I ordered a tan and white polka dot dress on 16th Feb 2019, payment was taken on same day from my credit card. I was made aware that there was a delay but I still haven't received the item. Order number 100085330. I just logged onto my account and it is showing order complete. Please advise me when was the order shipped and when should I receive it? I feel it is unacceptable to take payment from my credit card account when there is a delay on an item. Payment should only be taken at time of shipping. Christine Swail

Payment for all goods is taken at the time of purchase...not on despatch. The item you ordered was a pre-order item with expected delivery date clearly shown on the website. If you have not received your order .. Please contact our customer services team and they will look into this.

This is the second time I have ordered items and had to return something. On the website it says you will get an email for returned items after 7 days. On both occasions it has been several weeks and still waiting for a refund .

Ordered a summer dress online from FOREVER UNIQUE, usual prompt delivery, opened package to find dress made by flamant rose in the people’s republic of China. Not usual quality fabric and have to say that I feel cheated. This is miss selling, against trade descriptions because nothing in your ad to say not your product, I have purchased plenty from you previously but have to say this is the last for a long time. Once bitten twice shy, if I want top shop quality I would go there, totally disgusted and appalled st this. Will copy and paste my screen shot to your page as a warning to others to beware.

To do this we work with global suppliers and for production reasons have decided to supply some styles with their own labelling, rather than the Forever unique label. Good communication with delivery. Dress arrived. The quality of the £200 dress wasn’t great... loose threads obviously hadn’t been checked properly and to top it all there was an awful damp smell from it. When. I called customer services about this they weren’t interested.

I placed an order and paid for the express two day delivery! Products didn’t arrive even in the standard delivery option which is frustrating and disappointing. These services should not be offered it they cannot be provided.

I ordered two dresses for a wedding outfit and was excited by the on line images. I was disappointed on their arrival and found the quality poor in relation to the £165 price tag. They both fitted badly and didn’t reflect the quality and luxury I had expected. I returned both dresses.

The large came up so small My sister tried it who is a size 10 and it fitted her perfectly Big shame as I loved it Sizes are not accurate

Haven't got my purchases yet despite paying next day delivery and clicking Free delivery and still being swindled next day delivery. Furthermore why do you charge VAT? How come you haven't contacted me regarding this same complaint. Does anyone check the customer services inbox or the answer machine? This has been an irritating experience. I hope that if and when i do get my delivery which you really should now give to me for free - that they were worth the wait and the irritation.
