“I ordered garments and paid an enhanced delivery charge for next day delivery. The garments were for a particular event. Sadly they did not arrive the next day, nor two days after that. I have even been sent this review alert before the package has arrived. I don’t know what sort of response you could expect at this stage. I also wanted to track the parcel on Saturday but there was no means of doing that and no customer service number to call as the office is closed on a weekend. Very disappointing.”

“Absolutely terrible. Really gutted. Great fan of real housewives and was glad to be buying clothing from her brand. I bought what looked like a slim pair of black cigarette trousers size 10 in the sale. What arrives was a very long pair of huge baggy trousers that once I pulled them up the waist line came up to just under my boobs. I’m 5’5” so average height , how they could come up that far I have no idea. They were absolutely nothing like the picture! So disappointed and now I have the ball ache of returning them which I hate doing as I’m a very busy person. Shocking really. I get i’ll stick with buying from Sosandar. I’m a 48 years old lady and wanted a quality brand for a slightly maturer person and was hoping this was it but OMG no!”

“Very poor, I made an order on Friday and paid £7.99 for next day delivery to ensure that it arrived in time for New Year. I’ve had not confirmation email or sign of my order, I’ve had no response to my email complaining. VERY poor.”

“Item turned up in in awful packaging. Dress was ripped in 4 places due to poor packaging. Spoke to customer services who said refund will be dealt with as soon as dress arrived back to them. Have now been waiting 10 days for refund. Absolutely disgraceful. Basically have stollen my money. Fraudulent transaction. I’m am appalled that the owner gives the morale high ground on her show and her comapny behaves like this”
