Very dissatisfied - ordered a dress, paid for express 2 day delivery, received an email to review my purchase but haven't yet received my purchase! Extremely disappointing especially given I emailed your customer service dept for an update with no response. Will be looking for a refund and don't intend on purchasing from your website again.

Good Morning, wasn’t happy with your service. Sent this email with no response. Had to call instead. I’m really disappointed with the service I have received from you guys. It is the first time purchasing a dress from you. I was extremely looking forward to receiving my dress yesterday. Ordered on express delivery as I have dinner reservations Saturday evening. Ordered it in a large and you have sent it in a small, on my statement it says I ordered it in a large also. What am I supposed to do now!? I would appreciate it if you could somehow rectify this problem please. Need the dress by tomorrow so I’m hoping you guys can send another ASAP. I will now have to return the small dress which is another insignificant problem I could do without as I am extremely busy at this very moment in time. Poor quality dress, all sequins are dropping off, pen marks on dress from production process and loose threads, cheap looking dress with a inflated price tag - I will not be purchasing or recommending this brand to anyone again.

Absolutely shocking.. not only is the blouse a different colour than advertised, the broach fell off when I opened the package, leaving a horrible glue behind. The quality looks cheap and I am disasisfied with every part of the garment. I will never shop with this company or recommend.

Forever unique clothing was high quality but find the quality very cheap recently I have to send items back because one top I ordered had part of the sleeve missing ordered trousers now I have to send them back they are so see through they should been lined I have been a customer for years but it seems forever unique have changed there suppliers

I ordered this last week 2 day delivery to Dublin for the Saturday. It is the end of next week and still not arrived

I ordered an item on 5th September and have still not received it as at 18th September despite having telephoned and emailed to find out where it is. Not impressed and won't be placing any more orders.

Hi The dress looked lovely online - when I received it the quality was terrible and it definitely wasn't worth £10.00 let alone £89.99. Dress returned today. So poor. Sorry but I wont be ordering from your company again. You need to look at the quality before you put a price to it. I order most of my clothes online and this has to be the worst dress I have ever bought.

I returned some items a few weeks ago.. I am still waiting to hear if they have been received (although I see in the reviews, this is not a customer service that is done). I am still waiting on my refund. This bad experience has convinced me to shop elsewhere in the future. I buy on line from other sites all the time and their customer service is fabulous, so what’s happening here? I’m really disappointed.

Terrible quality on the dress I ordered that I paid 120 pounds for . Returned it last week and I haven’t received any contact that they have received my return . Phoned on Tuesday after the bank holiday Monday. They had received it on the Friday before but said they don’t send out confirmations once they receive a return. Also I have to wait up to 7 to 10 days for my refund even though they have my dress back. What a waste of time and money. Never again will I order off this site. Very pricey and not worth it at all. A £30 pound dress from AX Paris ended up better than the £120 from forever unique. RIP off merchants.

Very hard to write a review when item not yet recieved 4.95 for a delivery ordered 21st and not arrived. Did email no response as there was no tracking information DPD now messaged to say Tuesday wint hold my breath as notorious for not delivering onot date given.

I ordered a dress which apparently then went out of stock. I was not informed of this for 5 days! All I received as communication were 3 very confusing and contradicting emails - one of which was a confirmation of dispatch! How can you dispatch something that is out of stock?! I then received a very impersonal automated email telling me that my order had been refunded. I sent an email query to find out what was going on and no one bothered to reply. I then called and a very lovely customer services lady was very apologetic and explained that the dress was out of stock. If I hadn't called Id have been left very confused by the conflicting emails and lack of responses. Awful, careless customer service for such an expensive brand. A dreadful, unreliable shopping experience and I wont bother shopping here again.
